Animals are so smart. My mother had a robins nest right outside of her bedroom window that she would feed. Every morning when she’d leave for work they would fly above her car, following her to work they’d hang out (at a pond by her job) until she got off and then follow her home. Well, She moved. And she said, “well I guess I won’t have my robins outside of my window anymore.” And then, One day (about 2-3 weeks after moving) she went to work and the robins were at her job waiting for her. And when she left they followed her to her new house and built a whole new nest outside of her new home. Lol animals are a lot smarter than anyone could ever give them credit for. 💕
I worked in a paark once and had a Robin that started to take food from my open hand. I could call him and he would come flying down to take food from my hand. He didn't land, but I felt his feet hit my hand for a brief second as he grabbed the food. It became something of a novelty, the park keepers and even an old guy who had lived near the park all his life said they had never seen anything like it. The one with the hungry wolf is a great example on how we domesticated dogs. Singled out hungry wolfs who possess a certain degree trust came close and we fed them. After centuries of selective breeding we got our modern day dogs
Thank you for this film! I had to watch it from beginning to end. It's really great to know there's other fellow rescuers out there like me. I remember my dad telling his friends all the time how it didn't matter where I was if I was on my way home from school and I saw an animal that needed help bird a cat or a dog I would bring it home. My mom told me I better not bring home any more stray animals but even after that I remember finding a lost dog & hiding it in my bedroom closet for 3 weeks while I snuck my dinner to it and spent everyday after school going up and down our neighborhood streets knocking on every house door a little bit farther every day to ask if anyone had lost their dog. 🐕😺 🐦👧🥰✌️🇺🇲
Exactly. And what surprises me more, is the fact that the animals do not hold massive resentment towards man, and do everything in their power to destroy man kind...
We can. And most do. Unfortunately there are people who don’t, and even more unfortunately they are the ones that mostly paint the picture of our species throughout the internet
This is so beautiful to see. Last year my friends and I found a crow hanging from a tree by a thread. We called emergency services and a fire truck came and cut the thread. We waited for the little guy to fly away but his wing was weirdly shaped and bleeding, so we tried to catch it. The poor baby was scared and tried to run from us, but we managed to catch it and brought it to an animal shelter, where it's wounds were treated. I never had experience with animal rescue and neither did my friends, but videos like this show us that everyone can help our little friends.
I once tried to save a crow which was to weak to fly with a friend of mine, we wanted to give it some bread but it only ate a bit and my friend took them home because they had a bigger frontyard like a garden and 1 empty dog house where the raven could live. They told me about the raven like every 2 days but about after a week or so I was informed that one of the people who cleaned the house of my friend left the door open and the raven ran away. My friend guessed that it either starved to death, got eaten by a cat or ran over by a car. We only estimated its survival chances to be 20-30% but at least it had some good last days and it got fed a lot with bread, bird food (from the store) and some vegetables, so there was still some hope that it could've gained enough strength to live on on it's own. 😢 I was too dumb to find any telephone number of any animal shelter organizations at this time (because I didn't even know they existed) and the only option we thought of was the vet doctor but my parents refused to pay anything when I asked whether they would help the raven.
These videos give me hope in humanity and remind me that I'm not alone as there are so many people out there that have the same heart as me. These are my people.
"don't you even think about biting me" followed by the adorable face of a flying fox eating while snuggled up in a little blanket has to be one of the most wholesome things i have seen in a while

I found two kittens abandoned by a mountain stream one morning and brought them home...that was 12 years ago. One of them, my sweet Spock, passed away last year from cancer, but we still have his brother, Kirk, who is happy and healthy. I will never, ever, ever understand why someone would cruelly abandon helpless innocent kittens (or puppies), when it's not even that hard to take them to a shelter. Later we saw that another lady posted online about finding 3 of their siblings that looked just like Kirk. I hope they were able to have good lives as well. I just will truly never understand how someone could see a struggling, helpless, innocent animal and turn away. It infuriates me to no end; what is fundamentally wrong with a human's soul to be so heartless and cruel? One day I'd love to have an animal sanctuary where I can take care of all kinds of animals who have been abandoned or abused.
At least we have people like you around. Kudo's and sorry for the loss of that one cat. But at least it lived a decent live under your care. It could have died much earlier if you hadn't showed up
That wolf is exactly why they will always be my favorite animal. They are not as mean as some portray. The wolf actually stood back when he got out of his car to give him space. Even displays a submission gesture towards the food. They are very social animals and super fun to play with. They have the personality of puppies. Now I don’t advise doing this in the wild often but most of the time they will leave you alone and just admire you from afar. Wolf sanctuaries are a wonderful place to go personally interact with them. They are very playful and sweet. They are just big toof floofs 🥺🥰🥰
Wolves are my favorite animal . But feeding one is a death sentence for it . It was chasing a car u don't think it's gonna chase people looking for food. Now it's a problem wolf and someone will shoot it
@@briroc26 that video was taken in Russia where they don't have that much of a people wolf problem as the U.S does. Wolves only chase after people when threatened they are way more terrified of us than we are of them. They will stay away from humans as much as possible.

Animals mean everything to me tbh. Doesn't matter what animal, they all deserve help, and a good life. I'm so glad to see humans helping animals who really needed it.
I remember around December time in 2020, my dad heard a loud cat meow from outside, he didn’t know where exactly, later on he heard it again and found a kitten in between one of the drawers from our old desk that we placed outside. Poor thing was crying for it’s life, we took him in and now he’s healthy, grown and very happy, his name is Ollie, thankfully my dad found him when he did. In the next hour after that it rained really heavily. We have 6 rescue cats, and love them all to bits 🥰
There's a special place in my heart for those who extend a helping hand to our four-legged companions. It's a symphony of compassion that we all can contribute to.
I rescued a baby dove when I was a kid in the 80s. Had it for months and watched it trying to fly. On day I let it go, and it kept coming back for an entire year. Waiting for me to feed it. Following year I went to college and never saw it again. Did the same with 1 of 2 owls I had. Other one died from injuries sustained by being hit by a car. It's a bit creepy trying to get to sleep when an owl sits right outside your bedroom window, and screams at you for food and attention. Seriously gave me chills virtually every time.
I salute you guys for rescuing all those wonderful animals and giving them a chance to live a normal happy and healthy life. Gpd bless you all. Hats off to you all.

Im pretty sure the way dogs sense good or bad in specific people is in all animals and some who are in very desperate scenarios are gonna go to them, that's what I always believe
im almost sure no one is going to see this but less than a month ago I saved a small black and white kitten outside on the streets on a cold night, he was very small and have a very scratched up face, sadly we knew the mom had passed away due to a car crash earlier in the week. It took me 2 hours to save him since he was so scared but after we got him inside and gave him a nice bath and some food he never wanted to go outside and would curl up by ur side in bed and just rub his head against urs. Im very happy to say that his name is now Sr. Hamilton and he is living a great life ay my house where he gets endless love and food.
There was actually a lot of feral cats in my neighborhood. There still is. Also, I am *EXTREMELY* allergic to cats. EXTREMELY! But when I was a sophomore in high school , I saw a mother cat have maybe about O4 or O5 kittens. The mother already appeared very malnourished and skinny. Definitely unable to produce and provide for the few week old baby kittens. My mom didn't approve of me always befriending feral animals , but I just couldn't ignore this. Regardless of how much trouble I'd be in when she found out. Anyway , one day after coming home from school , I saw the family across the street and I couldn't not do anything. I got a bowl , filled it with warm milk , took it across the street. When they saw me coming, of course they all backed away, keeping their distance. Not wanting to make the momma nervous, thinking I'd harm her or the babies, I slowly walked up and put the bowl on the ground , said "it's okay." putting my hands up, like the universal sign for "I surrender." I backed up slowly and walked away, back to my house. They all had a nice meal and I thought that would be it. The next day, momma and all the babies were curled up on my porch together , waiting for me to come back. 💙
I know this is probably years ago but just so you know her future reference, most cats are lactose intolerant and you should probably give them wet food or cat milk still very nice what you did for that mama and her babies
I too had a similar experience with animals. My mom would always seem to cringe when I’d come home with one. Animals would always seem to follow me home. One incident happened in my childhood when a dog followed me home, and later whom I named Brownie. He just followed me home one day and stayed around the house. He was also very skinny and hungry. I kept the dog and later found out why he might have became lost. He actually might have been a ranch dog who was herding cattle because he had a habit of jumping off of my dad’s truck whenever my dad stopped the truck. Whenever we came in contact with cattle, he would try rounding them up and kept them altogether. Ranch dogs do this when they are herding cows because that is the only way to get close enough to them with a vehicle and let the dog out and work them home. When we had to moved to another place someone poisoned my dog and I lost him. I really do miss him. I will never forget him, he was my constant companion. During my lifetime, I have also rescued many animals from harmful situations myself. Right now I am feeding a cat which visits my place and I think has had kittens or will have kittens soon, because when she comes here, she is very hungry. I leave the food outside for her in a bowl, but she is very cautious and will not approach me as yet. I think someone has been hurting her. She was a kitten 4 years ago but was older when the people moved away. They didn’t take her with them. I’ve also noticed another cat that joins her which might be her mate as well, but that one might already have a home around here. The fur is in better condition than hers. I’m hoping to be able to adopt her someday, but it’s going to take awhile. She doesn’t trust me enough. I also left a bed outside for her, hopefully she will go into it. God bless all who love, care about all life, and help others, regardless whether animals or humans. We all live together and are equals on this planet Earth. HIGH 5

The best way to help animals that everyone can do is to not eat or wear them and become vegan think bacon beef leather or fish. Beyond that to reduce habitat destruction plant food forests everywhere in the Permaculture fashion and then we should be doing good artificial reefs in the ocean to animal forest or on land animal sanctuary’s oh that would be a beautiful world
@@EricEllingwood my family hunts deer to eat. If hunters didn't hunt and tried to just let them live as long as they can, it wouldn't be nice. Love this! I live in a rural area and recently had a feral kitten "stalk" me from across the alley for a day. It started loudly calling to me for about an hour that night before finally getting the courage to cautiously come say hello. At this point, I realized it was starving to death. A skeleton with fur. I gave it some love, food, and water, and she hasn't left ever since. We now have a happy, healthy, human loving, indoor/outdoor cat. 😅 (We don't leave her food out so as to not encourage other cats and the spread of rabies.) We didn't choose her. She chose us. It was as if she knew we would help. ❤ (My son named her Bones. We now call her chunky bones. 😂)
Videos like this make me think of a pigeon i came across as a kid when i was omw too the park. Its wing was all janked up, looked dislocated, and it was bleeding slightly. I managed to catch it, and it let me cradle it and bring it home. My mom was equal parts shocked and disgusted.. but decided to help me care for it. I kept it for a couple days, and it just chilled in its makeshit nest my mom and i put together, it didn't panic or try to fly away, just eating and drinking. My dad said we should take it too a vet, and those people can help it. So i did, and i honestly don't know what happened afterwards. I'd like to think it was helped, and had a cast on its wing and stuff, but i also don't deny the possibility that it didn't make it. It was the 1st wild animal i ever rescued, and been doing it ever since.
Me and my mom helped many dogs that live in our neighborhood! It makes me happy when they recognize me and let me love them I try my best to feed all of them and even when I am not able to they still continue loving me. Animals are the best thing that happened to the Earth.
Rescuing a life is the most rewarding thing. I've done it. One was a cat with its foot stuck in the middle of a main road. People were not stopping, and it was about to be run over. It kept having to scramble out of the way as best it was able to. I was worried it would break a leg. It made me so damn mad to see NO ONE willing to help the poor thing. So, I went out in the middle of the road with my crutches. Waving my arms as best I could and yelling at the traffic. Then people stopped. Someone honked their horn at me and tried to drive past, so I smacked the hood of their car with my stick. They got out and yelled at me, threatened to hurt me, saying who cares about a cat, let it get hit and die. They quickly gave up when I exploded in anger at them, and threatened to break their windows or their face. They got back into their car immediately and waited. I can be scary when I'm really pissed off. It's foot was stuck in a small hole in the manhole cover, poor kitty. It was already injured, some one had hit it a glancing blow with their car I think. All its claws were bleeding, from scrabbling about in a panic. It didn't fight me, just miowed at me pitifully for help. It was so terrified, that when I touched it, it just curled up into a ball, panting. I think it had chased a mouse or rat through the hole in the metal manhole cover. I managed to free it, and take it to the pavement. I thought it would try to run or break free, but it just clung to me and didn't want to let go. So I took it home. Got it seen to by a vet. I found the owner, they lived close by. The cat had gone missing the night before, and the owners had gone looking but not been able to find it. It was a beautiful cat, very loving, a ginger tabby. It had a lot of bruising on its body, swelling around its ankle, and some scrapes from the road. Other than that, thankfully, there was no major damage. It went home with its owner.
9:48 i would ask "how did the dog know?" Then i realized that since the dog is homeless and likely living in the wild, it's adapted to smell and other senses to figure out where animal and human hotspots are, potentially even if the animals are or have been injured at some point (which could also raise alarms but maybe the dog was aware of the consequences and took the chance). The dog used it's instincts to figure out that many dogs have been in that place and maybe it means the people there are very friendly towards dogs. It makes logical sense but of course, I don't know the truth of it all but
It may have been a different story, but I read a story where a lost dog showed up at it's vet office. ie, the office it's owner took it to, so the staff immediately recognized the lost animal and was able to get in touch with their owner.
"And this hippo is clearly/completely unafraid to let a human brush his teeth" Funny thing is, it should be the other way around. Because the hippo is the world's most dangerous animal on land in the world

@7:50 "Crossing the road must be very difficult when you're a family of ducks". Yes it is, but it's also difficult for a family of geese, like the ones in the clip.
it fills my heart with joy to see that there are still humans who have the biggest of a heart for animals. On the other hand it's utterly sad that sooo many animals need to be rescued out of man made traps of any kind.
I work in the vet clinic at a shelter and am usually on the other end of this, dealing with the aftermath of terrible people. It's really wonderful to see there are some kind people in the world.
idk why i cried at the jaguar one. this poor thing is one of the strongest animals on earth but had a moment where everything was taken from it. these people saved it, gave it some love, sedated it, and freed it. even the strongest animal needs some help sometimes.
Something that can make my blood boil is hearing about people just tossing kittens and puppies away like they are garbage, If I ever had the opportunity to talk to such people, I would not be able to speak very kindly to the people. To the people who rescues other animals, You are a true hero and I love you with all of my heart.

My entire thought throughout the video. Life is unforgiving, but we must be strong.
We can. And most do. Unfortunately there are people who don’t, and even more unfortunately they are the ones that mostly paint the picture of our species throughout the internet
This is how
Well said my friend, well said.
I was too dumb to find any telephone number of any animal shelter organizations at this time (because I didn't even know they existed) and the only option we thought of was the vet doctor but my parents refused to pay anything when I asked whether they would help the raven.
These videos give me hope in humanity and remind me that I'm not alone as there are so many people out there that have the same heart as me. These are my people.

Guys, its too soon! ... wait until the next compilation.

Hope you secured (or got rid of) that desk also, so it can’t act as a trap for another animal! 🤗

I know this is probably years ago but just so you know her future reference, most cats are lactose intolerant and you should probably give them wet food or cat milk still very nice what you did for that mama and her babies
this is very kind of you to do, but cats cant digest milk so next time you see a feral cat feed it cat food or something
HIGH 5

You are a great person. May god bless you, and the cat!
