It's not bad as long as you don't it everyday and you can lose weight by working out at home or outside instead of wasting money on a gym when you can exercise outside or at home for free which people are lazy and instead make excuses about well I can't figure out what exercise to do uh it's called Google or RUclips people are getting dumber everyday
