Best explanation I’ve found. I got sudden anisocoria 3 weeks ago and all the tests show functioning nerves/dilation. It was accompanied by an inability to focus close up with only my right eye (big pupil). If you have any potential explanations you’ve seen, I’d love to explore those possibilities and get this fixed. Thanks.

Most people give up on their accommodation way too soon and use readers, then its OVER for the ciliary, you have just weakened it SO much by taking it out of the game. Readers will get stronger an stronger to a certain point and will stop eventually. By then your near vision is SHOT my freinds.
