@@BeReasonable-w9x no they dont. SC laws written for British and congress cannot be changed unless you get 400+. When chor congress got that, they implemented laws like wakf . To eliminate this and sort out SC laws written by British you need 2/3 majority. So you should read up on that.
Congress has done nothing for backward castes and tribes. They have remained same since independence and are used as a bogey man for every event. Why does Congress and its allied political outfits raise this issue that they have created and exploited. Kharge is a Dalit. He has amassed great wealth through corrupt practices. Why is he talking trash? I remember him raking up issue of land ownership in Parliament and Modiji enumerating the amount of land houses and properties he and his extended family owns all over karnataka. Congress is corrupt beyond redemption.

One's backward ness never has a connect to the religion he believed but has a connect with the cast or region where he is from.
There should be a transparent process to identify backwardness of a person who deserve reservation. Blanket reservations in the name of anything shall be stopped.

Why isnt Modi / BJP going to the SC for all these back door reservations? A question-- what can the centre do if the States refuse to follow HC / SC orders? I think Mamta Banerjee has openly said that she is not going to follow HC orders and I believe she is also not going to follow Centre's order for CAA/ NRC(which is yet to come !!).
