I can't believe the crowd is so into just a drummer/vocalist duo! I'd expect metal music without guitars wouldn't be as popular lmao
I'm 95% sure this is a joke, but anyway, we have no amps on stage because we go direct in with the guitars, so the only sound you hear on stage is acoustic drums, and whatever comes out of the monitors that you're directly in front of. In this case, the vocalist is directly in front of me so his monitors are pointed basically right at me and the camera. The guitar and bass players get guitar and bass in their monitors but they're way on the other side of the stage and monitors are pretty directional

Honest feedback….uhhh….you can probably start using your fingers WAY more, in order to get some more control over those super fast single strokes. Would save you a bit of energy. Use them more on the ghost notes as well. Your wrists obviously got the POWER, don’t need to overuse them on the really fast stuff.
Maybe it's just this set, but most of the time he uses a more finger focusing technique, from what I've seen.
