I thought he was gonna drop some science but he kinda just dropped some flat earth theories with all that stuff about "seeing" the past and calling it "fact" like come on bro. We ARE energy and there is definitely a separation between our outer and inner "worlds". However, if parts of the brain are removed or damaged, you lose pieces of yourself and your personality or memories. Like when you get blackout drunk and cant remember the previous night, or diseases like dementia. Much of who we are is tied to the brain whether we like it or not, hormones are another example. When we die the real liberation is that we all share and become the same unconscious electricity and compounds, free from the feeling of time or any biological restraint. I believe "reincarnation" happens when a new consciousness is formed from the mixed energy of the previous. But KRS One is totally right that we need to focus more on our consciousness as individuals and as a whole, even through simple thought-provoking exercises like this one.
