    Gloves and caps should be worn when preparing food for the public. It's a health safety etiquette. It's just disgusting watching fingers touching the jar, and exposed hair too...smh.

    Dont you homogenize the milk before pasturization or when do you homogenize the milk.
    Is there any starch added or milk powder used to concentrate the yoghurt?

    Hi,
    Namaste, thanking you for video.
    We Indians make curd from milk at home by using normal curd as culture media for next batches.
    But my question is, once we buy probiotic Greek yogurt culture, for next batches can we use previous batch yogurt as culture.?
    I guess, you must have used previous batch yogurt !? Or every time have to buy it from diary shop.?
    I wanted to produce probiotic yogurt for self use, I like Yogurt than our traditional curd. So please let me know.

    What is the incubation temperature and how long it stays there? And what is the next step after incubation? Rabid cooling? Do you measure pH?

      incubation in 45 c for 3-6 h a than you controle ph
