I don't care what and how to define Tony & Angela's relationship..... But for sure, Jonathan is Tony's son, and Sam is Angela's daughter. I mean look! It's definitely thicker than blood!
So true. Even Jonathan and Sam were like siblings. They definitely bickered like a real brother and sister would. Like Sam acted like a big sister to him...and he was the annoying younger brother to her.
In my books, Tony IS Jonathan's father. Michael only created Jonathan. He was never ever there for Jonathan. Look at how Michael treated Jonathan on Michael and Heather's wedding day when Jonathan asked for some Ginger Ale because he was feeling sick??? Michael didn't get it for him. And then Jonathan threw up. When a child tells something important to a parent, it's the parent's job to listen and pay attention and Micheal didn't do that. So, Michael is definitely NOT parent material.
Tony is Jonathan's true father. You don't need to be by blood. He cares and loves him like his own son. Same with Angela and Sam. They truly acted like mother and daughter. To the point where Sam angry at her at one point said, 'you're not my mother' and I think that really hurt Angela.
Aww. Poor Jonathan. He meant well by setting up a dinner date between his mom and Tony on valentine's day. But he's still too young to realize that it takes more than a few dinner dates at a fancy restaurant for two people to actually fall in love with each other before they actually talk about the topic of marriage. Even though Tony and Angela love each other, poor Jonathan was just too young and innocent to realize that there are different kinds of love. Until Angela explained it to him that is.
Sam is a typical teenage girl interested in boys and swooning over them and I can see that Tony trying desperately to not let it happen too quickly. He he.
Who didn't like Tony Danza. i saw a boxing clip he knocked the guy right outta the ring 1st round. I guess he had no aspirations to act. And there were some Hollywood producers watching a match and liked him and invited for an audition. no stage no school no struggle, no bit parts. boom!
This show is like comfort food wrapped in a blanket.
So true ❤
So true! Always takes me back to my childhood ❤
