I can't remember where I picked her up now. But I see she's available on SolarisJapan, a bit pricey, but there. I know you can get her off Taobao, but it's not recommended if you are new to collecting since shopping there requires a bit of finesse. There is a knock off, so just be careful; especially when buying from someone else. Sorry that this isn't that helpful.
