I like it. Did you think about color analysis e.g.by Jen Thoden - she is also on youtube. In my opinion you're soft, warm and deep. In color analysis (12 types) deep autumn. It is worth of money because you can save a lot of money on clothes :)
Loving the pink especially the trench coat! Good idea including a piece you don’t wear often (the white collar top) to see if you can be more creative with styling it
Fernanda, for that top that you love so much and has holes: Go to the fabric store and talk to the people who work there. They can show you things like "repair" fabric glue and/or "interfacing" that you iron on, or give you the right weight of thread to darn it, or suggest lace appliques that you can strategically add to the front, or even teach you how to cut right above the holes and add new material. All of these repairs can be done without a sewing machine.
Got it, health care provider , got mine in Dec .....and will eventually be required by employer ...so why not......besides I am getting out of this country for summer and want to travel. Which will require it .....

I'm in the last group in my countries priority list (15th/15) but I'm definitely getting it when I can. At least the people who need the vaccine most are getting it quickly.
18 wasn't a sexy number, lololol! That cracked me up! I can never get down to 15 or 20 items. I think I've got 50-60 items. Hmmm need to pare down a bit! I'm in love with capsule wardrobe videos and yours are really good because they aren't all grey and taupe. I admire your color story and cohesiveness in this capsule-- especially the camel print scarf. What a funny story! Have a lovely day!
Thanks Stephanie! I loooove color, I don't think I could ever wear just neutrals, as trendy as they are. I'm glad I made you laugh! I think whatever number you have is ok as long as you are wearing most of the items - most people only wear 20% of their clothes 😬
I love seeing your process for these! It's very helpful. I'm in texas and just got my first shot last week, and didn't have any side effects! It will be great see my high-risk friends in person again
Yes! I got the vaccine. Due to my profession, I belong to the "1b" priority in my county, so I signed up as soon as it was available. I'm still avoiding indoor seating at restaurants and I'm wearing a mask everywhere I go, but I feel hopeful and safe enough that I've begun planning a visit to my parents this summer.
I like to include them in the tops category, especially if the dresses can be worn as tops over jeans or leggings. If you are someone who likes to wear dresses a lot on their own, I would recommend the following for a 15 piece capsule: 4 Tops 3 Bottoms 3 Dresses 3 Layers 2 Shoes 1 Special Item And then expand as you see fit! If you haven't seen my 'capsule wardrobe for beginner's video, I highly recommend starting there!
What an excellent video 😃. I live in Western Australia so we are now at the start of Autumn but it's still very hot here and will be for a few more months. Even in Winter I don't need a heavy rain coat. I struggle with collared shirts, I'm petite but have a large bust and they never seem to fit or feel right. I always feel self conscious in them. Thank you for your great content 💗
I feel you with the shirts!! That happens to. me sometimes, where the buttons around my breasts feel like they pull open. I find that it depends on where the buttons are, and how thick the band of the buttons is.
@@vazq_Fernanda Completely agree, I am petite with an X hourglass figure. Small, but very short waist and larger bust and my hips are same measurement. Finding clothing that fits properly is very rare. I struggle as I always feel self conscious!
I need a good tutorial on that because I'm not very good at sewing. I should practice first. I'll aim to have it repaired by the summer, next time it makes it into a capsule!
@@vazq_Fernanda Its worth looking at you tube videos then having a practice run on some old fabric. As you tuck it in making it super neat or invisible doesn't matter.
Such a lovely spring capsule, cant wait for your fashion show video later 🤩 I have a question: are these the only clothes you wear (except loungewear and sportswear)? Its so much less than a lot of other capsules out there. Im wondering how you can survive with only 5 tops ? 😅
I have a few more... maybe like 5-10 pieces more? But I always make a base capsule to make sure I get a lot of combinations and then I have things that I just wear year round in my dresser - like a white T-shirt, a plain tank and a few camisoles, but that's pretty much it. I wear every top once a week, but remember I can also wear some of the layers as tops (like the Gaspard sweater) and those I just wear with a cami underneath, so really I have 6 tops and a couple of Tshirts/tanks that I wear as base layers for the most part. I don't care if I repeat a top twice in a week, though I try to not do it twice in a row, and on the weekends if I'm just home I'm in loungewear, so I'm not wearing those items in my capsule. I don't wash the clothes after every wear - it's not good for them and if they don't smell or are stained, there is no need. The camis help with that!
For the most part I love this and it's very similar to things that I'd pick for myself. I think by mid June. You'll be wishing you had included a T-shirt or other top with sleeves that is not a button down and not as heavy as a sweater. You'll have to let us know how your capsules actually end up working out for you at the end of the season.
Maybe! But by mid-June I'll be transitioning into the summer capsule. If it get really hot before then, I'll swap one of the sweaters for a lighter top! After all, there is no point in suffering.
I love your videos like this! Really makes me start thinking what would I include if I wanted to use the same items but from my own wardrobe. Great selection of comfort and practical items compared to prettier pieces :)
Just found your channel and I love your videos! I really like how you incorporate color and pattern. (I love color and would never be able to tolerate an all neutral capsule!) Looking forward to seeing how you put the outfits together for this one.
Just another comment, because I just noticed something--the other day we had a "conversation" about possibly having a neutral-olive undertone...I think you do. If you look at this video when you are wearing the Cezanne rusty/caramel shirt you decided to not keep, pay attention to the overall look of your skin, especially around your neck and collarbones. It looks grayish/greenish against that yellow-based color, while the dusty pink cropped sweater makes your skin look alive and naturally flushed. It's almost impossible to tell through a screen, but if I had to bet, I'd say you have, indeed, a touch of olive.
@@vazq_Fernanda Yes, photographs in different clothing and lighting will certainly help! I used to think I was "warm" because I see yellow on the surface of my skin. But once I realized I have that greenish undertone, I've been able to discern, more easily, which lipsticks, nail polishes, and clothing colors will suit me best. Now I know I should choose white tops over ivory, cherry red over tomato red, cool beige and oatmeal over dark camel or khaki, emerald green rather than lime green. Same thing with foundation, which is very tricky if you're olive! Now I know that if a brand doesn't have something specifically labeled "olive", I should try the neutral shades, and go a tiny bit lighter than I think my skin is. I get it right about 95% that way, even buying online.
I am curious, could you show us all the clothes you have that you pick your capsules from?? Just wondering how large your base is. Thank you, really enjoying your videos!
