    Great detailed video❤️ next time can you turn more. Didnt get good demonstrative angle of the glute squeeze for the workout

      Haha the glute squeeze! To be honest, I believe I’m misusing my glutes, which explains my lower back pain on the right. I will turn more next time - I tried to get to the video earlier in the day and was too busy, so the night lighting isn’t the best either. Thanks so much! Cheers!
