I had a former 22 pilot, and his father, a legend in own his right in back country aviation, both at my strip watching while I came back home in my skiplane. Talk about pressure, other than making my usual short uphill landing, what I'm pretty sure neither of them ever saw before was my fast taxi up the ramp onto the concrete pad in front of the hangar, the trick being to do it at just the right speed, and then hold that position with throttle while the wheels came down (retractable wheel skis.) When I shut down, the first thing I said was "bet neither of you have seen something quite like that before," and we all busted out laughing. Since then, anytime I see a F-22 video and what they can do (I was ignorant about them back then) I was really happy I didn't try and impress them with any fancy aerial work!

40 degree thrust vectoring. No other fighter comes close to that. Instead of drifting through stall Maneuvers, the F-22 snaps through them.
There are things that this plane can do that haven't even been revealed to the public. That's how advanced it is.
How do you know them then?
@@sideaccount6198 uMMm.. ThAtS cLaSSiFieD. 🥴

Instantaneous turn rate is insane. Imagine being a fighter try to fly past it, it just turns on a dime and it’s on your 6!
if it turns on a dime it lost all airspeed and now several miles behind you and a sitting duck for any other aircraft in the area. The real technology on display here is stealth and anti-stealth firepower. They ability to fly at odd angles it's much of an advantage in today's modern warfield.

It is very nice to look at such amazing cars built by the Americans. Rivalry between designers from the USA and Russia leads to technological progress. The Raptor and F-18 are my favorite American fighters, along with the Russian Su-27 and Su-57. At the same time, the F-35 is some kind of failure. It would be better if these aircraft were taken out of production. Hello from Russia.

The Raptor is one of few aircraft I appreciate on the other side of the pond like no other. Best western jet ever in my opinion alongside the equally sexy Tomcat
Just shredding the sky's !🤘💪🏾😈

You’re kidding right? F-16 vs this thing? Pfffff would be devestated, the f-16 is super loud and you almost feel the heat from the engine meaning it’s not stealth, the f-22 raptor would get into a range of 150 miles or so without being detected and fire a missile at around 40 miles close to it and the F-16 wouldn’t be fast enough to withstand the missile and it could be multiple missiles
Absolutely mind boggling!! I would have never looked at this...but of course after seeing Top Gun, I started looking at these amazing fighter jets. That must be one of the most amazing experiences ever!!! The pilots must be thrilled to fly one of these incredible jets.
