I used to be one of those that said they would relocate abroad, but I no longer say that. Countries throughout the world are experiencing chaos and it will worsen. From politics to climate to economics, I think we've reached a point where there will be nowhere to run and nowhere to hide. Some places will be worse than others, but overall, it will be bad. I suppose we just make the best of it, wherever we are.

A strong and resourceful person can survive and thrive in the worst conditions with foresight and planning. If one hasn’t built thier homestead already, its too late to bail for most. Everyone everywhere is suddenly having the same bright idea to move. If you have$ and resources that’s different.

Is it not for us to shine the light on our own country and not bring it somewhere else. I believe God has blessed this country. We messed it up ,we need to clean it. Not run away.

I'm a professional astrologer and just discovered your channel now for some reason. I share many of your concerns but not necessarily all of your conclusions (if I am nitpicking, FWIW). I have read for many expats and people considering relocating. I have in fact spoken about similar themes myself for quite some time including the critical necessity of regular Spiritual Practice.
Personally I think that our best and most valuable guide during these times is intuition, if not our own psychic guidance. We can all develop that. There are so many variables at play currently that deciphering them on an intellectual basis alone has a very low probability of success, or at least manifesting as we expect, IMO.
Many regions are experiencing dramatic climatic instability, even those that were relatively stable for centuries, if not most of human history. Then there's politics, economics, social cohesion or lack thereof, geopolitics, demographics, etc. It might look good on paper but little is as it was or will be as it was...
    Just my $0.02.
Interesting, provocative and timely topic indeed though. 🙏

I’ve never been to the US but I’ve noticed it heavily here in Europe. Every place became full mostly with Americans, whenever you go it looks the same way. I think people started to travel more and move around more in general recently but I noticed it more since more direct flights from the US were added so a lot of people come for holiday but there is also a huge group that moved out here. The quality of food in the restaurants has been detrimental, many places that started to sell different food just to adapt to the mass.

While it may sound like lovely advice of a sweet elderly lady, turning off the news is akin to burying your head in the sand. This is one of the reasons so many young people today are clueless about politics and its easy for them to be manipulated via social media to just check out and not bother to vote, convinced "both sides" are doing the same things. This is flat out wrong. But this is exactly the kind of propaganda being pushed by the right and by foreign adversaries trying to influence US elections. What people NEED to see is what is actually spoken by people that are campaigning to lead and run this country. And if average Americans, especially young people, took the time to get factual news they would be horrified at the vile and hateful rhetoric coming from only one of the candidates, which echos of past failed dictatorships. Tuning out and turning off is not the solution. Rather, listening carefully to the words of these candidates, one of whom could either bring hope, joy and peace & civility back, and one who would bring more chaos and destruction of democratic institutions and norms.
Here are a couple of examples of why it is so important to listen to them when they tell you who they are:

I first bailed from the US in 1997. I predicted that bad times were coming to the US. While this was crystal clear to me in 1997, most people didn't see it. While circumstances forced me to return to the US in late 1999, it was when I saw that the 2000 presidential election was being rigged in Florida that I decided to go to Montreal. Sure enough less than a year later 9-11 occurred while I was in Montreal. People have been fleeing the US already for more than a decade. A Swiss political research group had detected already in 2010 that there were 1 million Americans living in Europe. Millions more had moved to Latin America. Now we are seeing the last wave of Americans, mostly younger, that realize that the USA is toast. Already within the country we're seeing people move out of different states political reasons. It was expected that Houston would overtake Chicago as the third largest city in the 2020 census. However due to state politics people avoided moving to Texas. Many sunbelt states that have seen large population growths will see significant population losses. But yes tis the aga of global mass migration. Over the next couple years the discussion won't be centered on migrants from Africa and the Middle East but what do do about all of the Americans fleeing persecution and violence in the USA.

    U. S. foreign policy impacts the entire world, so I hope the relocations are paired with good geopolitical insight. For example, it wasn’t too long ago that Ukraine was considered to be a good up and coming place for young expats. The China/Taiwan spats now pose a serious nuclear threat. The global south is shaped by post colonial movements that can make things hostile for Western foreigners. I recommend staying updated even if you want to pull away a little bit. Don’t be the digital nomads who were late to realizing they needed to get out of Kiev when Russia was making early threats.

I would not go to Europe necessarily if there is a world war , Europe is closer to Russia and Ukraine, also the Middle East , Asia . Only some countries are less expensive there. I’ve heard Spain and Portugal are reasonable . But guess what you have to have a visa, you have to prove you can support yourself in those countries. Unlike here in the United States where we let everyone in here with no vetting. There is no other country in the world that does this. If Americans want things to be different we need to stay here and change it and stop running away. In fact I believe only people in this country can change things.

"you have to prove you can support yourself in those countries. Unlike here in the United States where we let everyone in here with no vetting" That statement is simply not true. Under long-standing federal law, those seeking to immigrate to the United States must show they can support themselves financially. This typically comes in the form of employer sponsorship. However EB-1A applicants do not need employer sponsorship since they're coming to the U.S. to work in their field of expertise. If you meet the requirements, you can self-petition for an EB-1A visa by filing a Form I-140 petition with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services.
It's important to not let propaganda seep into your information stream without proper vetting. So much of the rhetoric around immigration and immigrants to the US is bogus and manufactured just before each political cycle, because research has shown that it effectively triggers a large segment of the population. It's common to see video and images on right wing media showing mass hoards of immigrants pushing their way across some border. But if you were to research those images, you'd often find they were taking in a different country and have no relation to the US southern border. That aside, even when more effective solutions to immigration reform are proposed in bipartisan legislation and garner a plurality of votes to pass in the House and Senate, we still see Trump influencing Republicans to scuttle the entire bill because a successful passage would limit his ability to foment hate and anger on the top during an election cycle. So stay vigilant to the games the right plays regarding this topic. It's been shown to work for them politically, which is why they keep perpetuating the issue by doing nothing about it and then using it as a wedge issue during elections.

We'll get through these trying times too. But it starts with the good people of this country pushing out the forces of evil on the right who would undo 250 years of hard fought democratic institutions and protections against the authoritarian rule of kings and dictators. That is the task before us. And also to hold those who have perpetrated such activities to be held accountable. This is not the time to flee elsewhere and dig your head in the sand.

Most people can't up and leave. I know you say you aren't trying to scare people, but that's what you're doing. Everyone already knows these next few years are gonna be major. Maybe make some content for ways to cope or suggest regions of the US that look good for certain people's charts. This kind of content isn't helpful. "The US is having a Uranus Return so leave" is giving "if you're homeless, just buy a house" type energy lmfao.

Well also a lot of people don't really want to leave but it's good to think about these things and how you can position yourself to protect yourself as best you can

@@soltantio People need to think less selfishly about "protecting themselves" and start thinking more about uniting together to protect all of us in this country against the forces of evil on the right who are attempting to destroy 250 years of hard fought democracy and turn it into a permanent dictatorship with a cult of personality leader (starting with Trump) just like Russia and China have. This is precisely what the founding fathers sought to avoid (no kinds or dictators) when assembling the founding documents of our country. Stay. Vote. Act. And save our country from those who would attempt to overthrow and remake her into something vile.
