By "So is the arena meta the same?: I am assuming you mean the original arena, which I will call the main arena. The short answer is no. The two metas are not the same. The long answer is more like this: In the main arena, the ancients legendaries, and their equivalent rarities are allowed. As a result, some of the epics struggle to be able to be used. This leads people to use legendaries and ancients as well as their equivalents (dragons and beasts) more often. In the epic arena, only epics, and super epics are allowed to be used. idk about special rarity yet though. This changes the arena meta because you change what is allowed to be used. as a result the meta is changed as it is adjusted to that environment. I hope this clears up your question.
