here's 2 suggestions for 2 vehicles : "Tough Ceiling" (for Muscle car) Tt would be very good to have durability to muscle car's roof, so we can race in mines without accidentally driver down. "Climbing Balance" (for Motocross) This makes it easier for motocross to climb steep hills.
Some ideas: Rolling without fuel for rock bouncer and snowmobile. Incrased speed limit for jeep. Scooter starts with head glitch. Motocross better balance and grip.
If I had to make a feature for Mastery and with some cars the first one I would make some abilities for are basically a hill climber called part overdrive where every part in its arsenal Will be more powerful than before which will make its kangaroo strategy if not the most powerfulest in the game. Overriden engine also will be another mod I would add to Mastery. It would give the car really really good top speed and pretty good acceleration as well. Generally overdriving the engine making it a very effective car for dealing with the muscle car (which is right now the meta as of writing this) now I'll start with my second car. I would give some buffs to you which is of course the hill climb 2.0. it's really being disregarded in The Meta so these Mastery buffs will make sure that it's actually a decent car to take out into these game modes. One of its many abilities is of course an overdrive to its engine just like the hill climb and you already know what that does, but one of its things will be super soft suspension this will allow this car to take huge landings without slowing down too much, especially when landing without the ability of you know the jump shocks making other strategies like speed strategies very effective with this car cuz of it's super soft suspension another massive upgrade to the car would probably be its grip cuz it's the worst in the game. This would overdrive its tires making them very grippy like rally car grippy off the line. It may not be the best but once it starts going it can almost grip to any surface That's really all the ideas I currently have, but I might think of a couple of new ones for The other cars and put them in the replies. So if you're interested in what I can come up with just check the replies and you might just find a couple of new ones possible in the future

My ideas are "Ultra tank" for Hot Rod (doubles fuel duration) and one for the Beast that will make only its cockpit break in maximally damaged state (leaving all the wheels on their places), activating constant boost work.
Another mastery idea would be for muscle car: Fast Recharge, Fast Recharge would make it so the muscle car’s burnout recharge ability takes 1 second instead of 3 seconds. (I think the muscle car’s recharge ability is 3 seconds to reach full recharge but idk tho.)

One thing i would love to see is masteries which arent just direct upgrades but ones that have drawbacks or are very situational like: - lowrider now doesnt have to charge the hydraulics, instead they just work like normal jumpshocks, however the jump height is reduced - beast gets more durability but is slightly heavier - hotrod gets more fuel + special wings but they are somewhat weak and you cant use the boost in the air - superbike gets more grip and becomes easier to control but you lose max speed (mostly for adventure) - moonlander gets a stupidly big tank size (like 75-80 seconds) but you can only use 1 part (+1 with the fourth mastery so its still worth to get) - tractors shovel gets removed but its very hard to break stuff - rock bouncers tires arent flat anymore but it struggles more at climbing - supercar gets 45-50 seconds of fuel but you cant use air break - rally cars winter tires wouldnt take up a part slot but fuel size is reduced to 28 seconds (making it the worst fuel tank size in the game), meaning you would have to go very fast and no fuel a lot - tank: bill with his crazy mind decides to turn the tanks turret by 180 degrees meaning its now facing backwards and you can shoot with it to boost yourself forward with a reload of like 5 seconds but tanks speed is reduced meaning you have to use it often to compensate for the speed loss (it would also work without fuel, possibly making it a much better no fuel vehicle?)

There should be a car that looks like similar to delorian from an old TV show Back to the Future. The mastery could possibly be to time travel when it reaches a high speed, causing the road to catch fire and for the camera quality to change (like have an invisible year generater system to change the camera quality) or also make it just a feature on the car instead of mastery because of i dont want the car to be a PTW (Pay2win) car

Racing Truck Mastery Concepts Racing Truck: *Ex-Drag* Racing truck is known for it’s annoying Drag. Well this mastery would actually make the vehicle gain better speed when drag originally slows it down when it goes forward in the air, and insane downforce when drag pulls the truck down (with no speed loss). This would be good for time trials and adventure Racing Truck: *Accelerant* Gives the truck 40% more acceleration, but 30% less top speed, can be disabled any time. Would really help with Racing Truck’s poor acceleration. Racing Truck: *Boost Supply* Will kind of work like hot rod’s supercharger and CCEV’s Boost combined. (Combining Overcharged turbo and Afterburner for this concept). The truck will receive a built in Overcharged Turbo, that will activate when the truck is almost at its maximum speed, it will give it a massive burst of speed, and greater acceleration that decays when the truck slows. This will consume more fuel. They are adding racing truck mastery soon so I hope its good or I will sue Fingersoft xD
Muscle Car: Burnout Break; This mastery should allow the burnout feature on the vehicle to last longer and/or allow the burnout to charge quicker(like maybe to 2 seconds). If y’all maybe have a better name for the mastery please let me know I couldn’t think of anything better.
Mastery idea Rotator: "super B.R.A.I.N" This super brain will prevent it from getting stuck in a situation Super diesel: decent rollcage You already know
Hill climber mk2- Super off-road experience When mk2 gets on off-road(mud,sand,dirt,any terrain that isn't a road) mk2 gets a big boost, buffing mk2 acceleration by 20%, top speed by 20% too and also makes it moving on water(half body not surmerged) much quicker. (if you get on any platform it would still activate until it breaks or not so city mk2 players don't worry cause the container will also give a boost😊😊😊😊) Formula- Spoiler roulette This gives formula the ability to change his spoilers shape (as we saw with some legendary skins) this makes the car not pay2win but this alone for 1000000 doesn't seem worth it so I will give it another ability along with it. Total speedster-when formula hits top speed the it will go into a chasm phase where it will continue to slowly build up speed until it gets interrupted, but the downside is that you can't maintain this phase too long as there will be a meter of the drivers neck durability which will slowly build up as you continue to speed up. If you were to hit the limit of your driver's neck, you'll just driver down.

adding one tuning part for veichles that don't have it like wings to hot rod and jumpshocks to superbike
One thing i would love to see is masteries which arent just direct upgrades but ones that have drawbacks or are very situational like:
- lowrider now doesnt have to charge the hydraulics, instead they just work like normal jumpshocks, however the jump height is reduced
- beast gets more durability but is slightly heavier
- hotrod gets more fuel + special wings but they are somewhat weak and you cant use the boost in the air
- superbike gets more grip and becomes easier to control but you lose max speed (mostly for adventure)
- moonlander gets a stupidly big tank size (like 75-80 seconds) but you can only use 1 part (+1 with the fourth mastery so its still worth to get)
- tractors shovel gets removed but its very hard to break stuff
- rock bouncers tires arent flat anymore but it struggles more at climbing
- supercar gets 45-50 seconds of fuel but you cant use air break
- rally cars winter tires wouldnt take up a part slot but fuel size is reduced to 28 seconds (making it the worst fuel tank size in the game), meaning you would have to go very fast and no fuel a lot
- tank: bill with his crazy mind decides to turn the tanks turret by 180 degrees meaning its now facing backwards and you can shoot with it to boost yourself forward with a reload of like 5 seconds but tanks speed is reduced meaning you have to use it often to compensate for the speed loss (it would also work without fuel, possibly making it a much better no fuel vehicle?)

I have an idea - lowrider’s hydraulics work when you have fuel and does not work when you are out of fuel so they can still work when you are out of fuel

Mastery for motocross idea: "No seatbelt" - Bill would change positions according to motocross's tilting, when you are climbing a steep hill, Bill would move forward, making it more stable

Cross-climbing. This mastery would give motocross the stability and grip it needs making it great for mountain and time trials maps
Another mastery would be climb canyon200%which would make rock bouncer go 90degrees on hills making it an incredible vehicle
Same for scooter,chopper,and super bike
The Bomb Cannon´s explosion should be able to propel the Tank as well.
What if we can break rally car breakable parts, it gonna be overpowered
There should be a car that looks like similar to delorian from an old TV show Back to the Future. The mastery could possibly be to time travel when it reaches a high speed, causing the road to catch fire and for the camera quality to change (like have an invisible year generater system to change the camera quality) or also make it just a feature on the car instead of mastery because of i dont want the car to be a PTW (Pay2win) car

Racing Truck Mastery Concepts
Racing Truck: *Ex-Drag*
Racing truck is known for it’s annoying Drag. Well this mastery would actually make the vehicle gain better speed when drag originally slows it down when it goes forward in the air, and insane downforce when drag pulls the truck down (with no speed loss). This would be good for time trials and adventure
Racing Truck: *Accelerant*
Gives the truck 40% more acceleration, but 30% less top speed, can be disabled any time.
Would really help with Racing Truck’s poor acceleration.
Racing Truck: *Boost Supply*
Will kind of work like hot rod’s supercharger and CCEV’s Boost combined. (Combining Overcharged turbo and Afterburner for this concept). The truck will receive a built in Overcharged Turbo, that will activate when the truck is almost at its maximum speed, it will give it a massive burst of speed, and greater acceleration that decays when the truck slows. This will consume more fuel.
They are adding racing truck mastery soon so I hope its good or I will sue Fingersoft xD

Muscle Car: Burnout Break; This mastery should allow the burnout feature on the vehicle to last longer and/or allow the burnout to charge quicker(like maybe to 2 seconds).

Hill climber mk2- Super off-road experience
When mk2 gets on off-road(mud,sand,dirt,any terrain that isn't a road) mk2 gets a big boost, buffing mk2 acceleration by 20%, top speed by 20% too and also makes it moving on water(half body not surmerged) much quicker.
(if you get on any platform it would still activate until it breaks or not so city mk2 players don't worry cause the container will also give a boost😊😊😊😊)
Formula- Spoiler roulette
This gives formula the ability to change his spoilers shape (as we saw with some legendary skins) this makes the car not pay2win but this alone for 1000000 doesn't seem worth it so I will give it another ability along with it. Total speedster-when formula hits top speed the it will go into a chasm phase where it will continue to slowly build up speed until it gets interrupted, but the downside is that you can't maintain this phase too long as there will be a meter of the drivers neck durability which will slowly build up as you continue to speed up. If you were to hit the limit of your driver's neck, you'll just driver down.
