Not necessary. There are PGs which are taken on rent/lease by the tenants, then premises used for PG@@adinisar2079

So CA will give a bypass. Open a company. Take the house on rent from owner on a 1-2 Lakh per year. The PG services would be part of the company business. And then show expenses on it.

If you tax on rent , ultimately the burden goes to the needful, collage student, employee, comming from villages and their families.
Their purchasing power reduce, market sales goes low, less GST, less bussiness activities, less employment, more crime rate. You taxed more on fuel , burden goes to aam adami who travels to support their family. F.M. follows illussive golden dear, but pain to all people for years and years. Real estate bussiness suffers a lot, triggers to slow down all banking business. More unrest in people like pouring more oil in fire. FM don't have creative dynamic taxation strategies, to increase happiness in masses.
