Whomever designed, created and produced this video deserves a huge award. This dreamscape using unicorn pastels and silk shimmers is just utterly beautiful, it reminds me soso much of the brilliant artwork that was produced for The Cocteau Twins, like living in a Cocteau Twins album sleeve, the same for Christine and the Queen's latest album cover... All pastel softness💕

As a drummer, one of the things I always found so captivating about "the old" London Grammar was how they created such stunning music, including percussively on guitar and keys, WITHOUT drums or drum machine. It made them truly unique.

Hannah's voice always so soothing yet haunting. And not to mention the music video, the visuals are just, no words, timeless!
Appreciating this video with every watch - it's got this luscious, dreamy quality that carries you on silky, undulating waves (and Hannah's golden voice) to another world, away from the weird, sad one that we're living in now. Magical.
Also the waves go from soft and shimmering to sharp and menacing as they transition into a 'storm'. It's so effective for such a simple concept, I LOVE everything about this (incl Hannah, she's kinda breathtaking tbh).
London Grammar just hits different. Still waiting for the day they bring out a song that I don't immediately fall in love with 😂

My grandma passed last week and her burial was on the weekend. A lot of the meaning of life has dimmed. Why make dreams? Why even go on when we'll all die? But it's songs like these, that just soothes the pain, even if only for a little while. Life is fleeting, just like beauty. But certain things are eternal, like this song and my grandma. Love those who are around you. Because regrets are the biggest thing.
