"Hunger feeling that you sometimes feel". I don't know how this works for other people, but for me, there is no 'sometimes', but rather an 'always'. I have lost well over 50 kg in the past few years, and I still don't know what 'not being hungry' feels like.
@@amorky8391 That's quite possible. We are all different. I have learned since then what it feels to not be hungry. It is wonderful. Unfortunately, it is not something I can use to lose weight, only something I can use to gain weight very fast. But, at least, now I know. Knowing is always better than not knowing.
Well done. A tip from me: drink warm stuff like Tee. Eat warm stuff ... cold things leave us kind of unsatisfied. When you eat a salad make it warm shortly in a pan .. not cooking but warm. Esp. With veggies like carrots. Eat a part fresh and the other part warm in warm saltwater... and end a meal with the warm or hot stuff like Tee...
@@ajung-nj7xm Thank you for your suggestion. My experience is similar to yours. Cold foods leave me unsatisfied and often hungrier after eating than before. It's almost as not eating at all. I can eat until I am physically full and ravenously hungry still. It is a terribly miserable feeling. I largely solved it by eating vegetables that were heated in the microwave and then mixed with tomato puree or lemon juice and some spices. For all intents and purposes, that is nothing more than a warm salad. Cold drinks are also largely unsatisfying, so I almost only drink coffee and tea. Much better than cold drinks in most circumstances.
She does emphasize the increase consumption of plant based foods tho. Eating more vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and legumes. I’m sure she would advocate for a predominantly plant-based diet. (Yes I know that doesn’t mean vegan)
One of the most underrated diets on earth. She and those who have developed this system deserve more recognition.
I discovered Volumetrics years ago when I bought her first book. Life changing.
Thank you! Great information.
Tha k you for all you have done & all the ppl who have influenced who have in turn influenced me!
Thank you! This webinar was great. I have the first two books. I was excited to know that I was hearing from the author of Volumetrics.

Try Intermitting fasting. Maybe that will help. It did with me.
Huh. I'm the opposite. I never feel hungry physically but mentally I always want to eat.

It's a shame Dr Rolls is not vegan, as animal foods have 0 fibre/water
Don’t let perfection be the enemy of good!
