Get your surgery, rehab then start your training in about mid November bruh. God Bless!

6 days trainee session and 1 day off , I think is too much but it is up to the coach.
Some coaches give 5 days on, 2 days off.

@@cross6588 I like him as regular bro. I'm talking based on how I rate and rank athletes. Mental fortitude and who I bet money on. Not all fast guys make good consistent athletes. Some lack the fire in the belly or poor DNA causing multiple injuries.
