    Its easy enough to solve the air cushion effect. When you get done sleeving your deck, stuff them into a case and keep stuffing more cards till it's a tight fight. Put the lid on and leave em for a couple hours

    My friend got these at Magiccon Chicago and the shuffle feel is amazing. But yea I wish they were closer to $12 a pack and I really hope they release matte fronts too. I’m not a big fan of glossy front sleeves.

      Yeah they are my new go-to for decks I want to show off. I'm waiting for my store to get their thick inner sleeves to test with.

      I bought some at MC Chicago, and literally the day after, maybe got 3-4 games in with them, they started splitting BADLY. They gave me another set, but I think they're already starting to split again. Maybe just a production issue with the blue ones, but not good for my first try

      @@ChaseH51 that sounds about right. I've bought three boxes no issue, my buddy bought a box and they shredded so bad.

    Now that you've had them for a bit, how have they fared? I typically buy Dragonshields, but frequently split them while mash shuffling. Was looking forward to Curv sleeves because of the reception to the way they shuffle, but durability at their price point matters just as much if not more so.

    • @chasetheswift
      @chasetheswift  4 месяца назад +1

      So out of 13 boxes, 4 have had sleeves that split. So definitely worse durability. Unlike other brands you know you've got a bad box right away. The shuffling feels so good though...

      @@chasetheswift odds aren't horrible I guess, but definitely uncomfortable. I think I may give them a shot, if just to experience the shuffling.

      @@gabrielloza4708 yeah I think I've had like 7 or 8 dragon shield sleeves fail out of like 30 boxes over two years. I'm probably not going to buy any more Curvs for a while. Might try them again in a year or so.

    I want to try a new batch after they announced the purple sleeves. I got a grey pack during the Kickstarter, they feel wider than usual and only shuffle well with the sleeve fronts are facing my left hand.

      So far the blue are my favorite. They really pop. The only colors I haven't gotten yet are the black, red, and gray.

    i got a box of white ones and played 2-3 times a week for 3-4hours and none of them split from the corners. Maybe im lucky or dont mash shuffle as hard as other people do.

    • @chasetheswift
      @chasetheswift  5 месяцев назад

      The second box of white ones I just recently bought has had two sleeves bust corners from shuffling.

    Do you think the inners they sell are worth buying and how often have they split for you? I’ve heard mixed reviews I’m just debating the Hard or non hard inners.

    • @chasetheswift
      @chasetheswift  5 месяцев назад

      I have done about 100 shuffles with a double sleeved deck using the regular inners and have had no issues. I've got 4 decks with the regular inners. I have a set of hard inners as well that I go into with this video ruclips.net/video/htyMie8ZonM/видео.html. I would say for commander decks stick to the regular inners as the hard inners make the 100 card decks too unmanageable. I do use the hards with my 60 card standard deck and they are nice.

    • @chasetheswift
      @chasetheswift  5 месяцев назад

      @ZachYoung2001 I've had no issues with the inners but I've only used them with the outer sleeves. The outer sleeves, I've heard about 3 out of 10 boxes that have had splitting issues.

      I got mine from my local games store. Heavy Play sells the outers on their website heavyplay.com/collections/curv-sleeves but not their inners. I'd do a google shopping search to shop around.
