I love the fact that RUclips recommends small channels for me. I enjoy supporting small channels.
Thank you 🙏 RUclips is in a good place right now.
yo same. i used to look at view count to try to judge if it’ll be a good vid, but now if i see a low view count but a great thumbnail im more likely to clikc❤

Thank you bro , It is very useful to me and I just started with youtube
Glad I could help 👊 all the best!
As someone who has been editing for 4 years I Didn't know a lot of this. You are awesome and underrated cant wait till you get to 1m+
Appreciate it thank you 👊
This is an incredible video! Great ideas. Question 1: do you have a video showing examples of applying and using some custom presets for animation? I would love to see the work flow and understand how many mouse clicks it takes each time to apply a preset and adjust it for each edit. Curious how it reduces the number of repetitive clicks. Question 2: How do Premiere's presets and smooth keyframes compare with other video editors like CapCut or Resolve? (I know in FCP the smooth keyframes are a nightmare!)
So most of the time I actually don't even adjust anything, literally a quick search in the effects bar such as "slide" then drag and drop slide in onto the clip. As for other editing software I haven't used them unfortunately, so Premiere is only what I can speak about at the moment.
The key is working out an editing "style" that uses consistent assets so you can setup an easy workflow.
damn I thought this was a 100k+ channel, amazing quality!
Thank you! More on the way 🙏
Really nice content I’ve been posting shorts for awhile and finally posted my first real RUclips video will definitely implement these tips. Thank you sir! Subscribed 🤞🏼
Underrated video
Underrated comment 😎❤️
CONTENT QUALITY 1000%🔥🔥
COMMENT QUALITY 1000% 🔥🔥
2:27 I see you cutting both tracks seperately, hold shift to cut through all tracks at once. Also Q and W shortcuts are game changers ✅
Didn't know about shift thank you! 🤣
@@tommovision thank you for sharing your experience!

yo 143th sub here , the quality of the video is very good
Thanks bro welcome to the crew 😎🙏
This is actually a good, helpful video. Not what I expected to see on my homepage this morning! Look forward to seeing more from you, subscribed! (Feel free to switch to Davinci Resolve to make it easier for me lol)
Lol thank you! I've heard good things about colour grading in davinci, but unfortunately premiere is holding me captive 😆
i've been looking for the 'click' SFX for so much time now i know what its called. Keep it up man. Earned a Sub from me
it's all about the apple mouse click from epidemic sound lol
One thing I wish you talked about was organizing the files in your project
coming up in next upload lool
great video!!
appreciate it thanks for watching!
Loved that Black magic joke.
ain't about that stuff lool
underrated.
👊👊👊
More tricks to use! TY
Go do some trick shots bro 🔥
@tommovision once that Kar-98 comes back to call of duty, I'm use the tricks on clips of my tricks hots
aint no way this channel only has 100 subs i thought this was a 100k channel
Let's see in a year lol 😆🙏 thank you!
That’s what I thought
Awesome video keep going!
thank you!
Going to use this everytime i edit until I it becomes natural :), great video!!!
Improving your work system will instantly upgrade your editing 💪
The quality of you video seems like you are a 100k creator so keep going 🔥
Appreciate it thank you!
Nice
nice editing :)
Thank you :)
Whatttttt only 200 subs? Must be your 2nd or 3rd channel. If not, great work man. Keep doing it, your presentation is so smooth like experienced youtuber.
Best of luck.🎉❤
I have casually made videos before, and I'm a professional editor so yes you're correct! But this is my first serious channel for a wider audience :D thank you!
This video will get many views
🙏 thanks bro!
A tip for you at 2:27 just press "w" on premieres default its set to "Ripple Trim Next Edit to Playhead" so you dont have to do all the steps you did in the video
I don't know why but when I tried using this in the past I always got confused and starting cutting random stuff accidentally 😂
yo yo yo, sound designer and audio major here. Been editing myself for some time, but i always love when experienced video editors talk about how important the audio is!!! Cheers. Great video also! Thanks for all your wisdom!
Also, "Stop watching your crap" is amazing bc i STILL to this day find myself doing that...Thanks for the reminder!!! Hard habit to kick!
Will definitely do a whole video on sound at some point 😎 There's just so much to deep dive into - I feel like sometimes people get carried away with visuals because they're obviously seen haha.
Can't lie that it's also a reminder to myself, especially when I'm enjoying an edit 😂
@@tommovision SO real, no one realized how important sound is until it's missing haha!!
Thanks for your hard work! I look forward to more videos 🙏
I love the editing creative brp
thanks bro!
@@tommovision your welcome brother
tbh when I saw the thumbnail I thought your channel has hundreds of thousands of subs, insane video tho😊 (I hope you'll make more of these)
Such kind words thank you! 👊
I really think the only reason why this video doesnt have like 100k views is simply because when i clicked on the thumbnail, my expectation was a guy showing a series of his editing skills from when he was a beginner to now. changing the title to "Learn 5 Years of Editing in 5 Minutes" it would make a lot more sense. but luckily im in the market to enhance my editing effieciency so im probably going to watch this all the way through.
oo that's a good point noted! I've just seen this format of video titled in the same way across the educational niche, but you're totally right I guess the thumbnail could suggest that too! Thanks!
@@tommovision Yeah np, just dont know what you could do to the thumbnail.
You really should post more often
I would really like to learn editing from you , i am starting my editing journey
Can't do more than once a week until I hire an editor lol 🤣 thanks bro!
Nice And the best editing tutorial i had ever seen . Nice man😀😁😄☺😚😙🤯🤠🥳 and you also gained your 111th subscriber
👊👊👊 really appreciate it thank you!
nice tips!(:
thanks for watching :D
Yes to all this! But to get Premiere to work better you need a PC. Specifically a Intel CPU (12th gen and up) on Windows 11. I've worked on so many platforms over the years and for some reason this combo has ZERO problems. Great content my man. Subbed.
Dude 100% 😂 working on a PC with an Intel CPU myself haha.
Considering saving up for one of the new MacBook pros - what's your opinion on macs for premiere pro?
bro thank you
bigger thank you for watching!
hey man!! really helpful video thanks waiting for some more now
Already got another one in the making 💪 next video will be about how to break down edits/improve really quickly 😄
@@tommovision YA that's the spirit actually im also on my editing learning journey so these types of videos help alot ngl
@@l1ght_xx saves going through an 8 minute tutorial for a basic animation lool
@@tommovision haha true
Loved this. Started a RUclips channel this month. Its been rough.
You gotta have fun and enjoy doing it, if you're not then you're probably going in the wrong direction.
@@tommovision Thank you. I will try and implement these on Capcut mobile since I don't have a good laptop. Subscribed.
@@playFootie thank you and all the best!
G video 🔥🚀
G comment 🔥👊
3:23 When here you said "black magic" I thought you were gonna talk about DaVinci Resolve)
Your quality is insane i thought you had 100k subs
Thank you super bread 🙏
Good quality
thank you!
Okay lets Editmaxxing
What mic is that though? Sounded crispy
Another good tip: Use resolve
here to stay. thanks bro....what order of edditing do you recomend. i need speed
Level up your organisation and planning skills to the max. Planning properly will speed up editing a lot. The rest I mentioned in the video - don't rewatch, cut a roll first, then add broll, then do the fiddly stuff like animations.
I’ve been editing on premiere for almost 2 years now and I just barely started implementing custom presets a few months ago (I was pissed I didn’t do it earlier bc I saved 10 hours on the very next project 😭)
That black magic happen to me 4 times today Dumbledore really hates me
Na bro it's because someone mentioned Voldemort in the comments here 🤣
Bruv im thinking about starting a channel today and i bet I'll edit as good like this one day
Do it you'll learn faster by making 💪
good stuff boy 🔥🔥🔥subbed
Welcome! 🔥🔥🔥🔥 Thank you!
can you please make a tutorial on how you make you make those smooth transition to the grey background
I'll be doing a whole breakdown of assets at some point
@@tommovision oh thank you so much I certainly hope you show the animations. you got a sub from me.
"Black Magic" line is a double entendre. Black magic as in evil(Lord Voldemort), and Black magic as in Davinci Resolve
We do not speak of he who must not be named here 👀🤣
Hey great video! Whats the name of that gaming sound?
Harvest dawn from Oblivion! 😎
What sound library do you use?
Epidemic sound, have an affiliate link in the description!
WHAT FONT YOU USE
3 tips for YT growth: Value, Value, Value (this video is a perfect example)
bro quality of ur content is much higher than others . .. still u have that LOW number of subs , unbelievable
This is only my fourth video, with this momentum hopefully won't be for long haha
Damn, i need to do that retention tip that you gave, cuz its not looking that good for me lmao
Work on keeping intros short and packing as much value into a video as possible, will make a big difference!
all credits to PREMIERE GAL
What video editing software is this one about?
I'm using Premiere pro but lots of these tips translate to other software too.
Taking a leaf out of Tricky Prolix's books, aren't you?
