Years ago a man built a large catamaran on that property. My parents had a house on Padaro and we would walk up the beach to see it.
Our house cost $15,000 in 1968. Two lots on the sand. We split the house with another family and enjoyed alternate weekends.
Pretty much the best beach in the world. More dogs than people, as it should be.

At that price even in that area it should have at least 17, 000 acres to go with it , but it doesn’t .
