There's a teeeeeeny tiny bit when he's pronouncing the second "S", so it kinda sounds like "sparkl-ths".
Honestly English is more comfortable than Spanish so I speak a lot more English but yeah the way he says “sparkles” sounds like “sthparklesths”
Peniel doesn't realize his lisp has been featured in some "Kpop idols who have a lisp" videos. 😆
