I know I'm decidedly in the minority on this one, but after 36 years (this jingle was supposedly written in 1982) I would love to hear something new to promote this beautiful island. It's a nice enough little tune but I never felt that the Caribbean vibe really captured the spirit of the place. Block Island is a distinctly New England place with it's own unique history and charm and I always felt that selling it as the Jamaica-of-the-North was rather unfortunate.
