The forum with 2000-plus pages trashing Vala is HISS Tank, of which I am regular reader but minimal contributor. I went in to that thread looking for a second opinion on Action Force and all I found was constant insults towards Vala and those who support him. I chimed in when the comments towards one member got out of control and I was hit with accusations of being a shill, being one of his crew using an alt, and committing lewd behavior with Vala himself. Definitely the most pathetic display of Internet behavior I've been involved in.
I have no idea if what they said about Vala is true but it doesn't change the fact that the level of derangement those people were displaying was embarrassing and wholeheartedly concur that they need to get a life.

    • @cjflan32

In fact, these people are so pathetic and predictable they've probably dissected this interview second by second. They'll probably be back for more, at which point that 50-year-old loser passing out the pitchforks will see this comment and say "see, we told you he was a Vala alt". Again, regardless of what true/not true about Vala, this is the level of intelligence being dealt with here.

The Valaverse figures are great. One of the best features is they use common connectors. So you can swap heads and torsos etc. And make your own custom figures. The line is designed so that you can make the figs your own. No paint or dremmeling needed.

Exactly. Ever since the kickstarter I really wanted Condor. Series One sold out and the SDS series came so I finally bought Condor and I'm enjoying the articulation and joints and posing it and no need for a hot bath. I also got Bone Collector and no issues so far. Value for your money.😁👍👌

@@stephenhabacon6380 I do recommend subjecting them, and any figures you pose, to a hot bath when you take them out of the box. Just to work and unstick every joint with no stress. And if you are taking a Valaverse fig apart definitely use the hot bath method.
But man those standard Trooper Bodies mixed with any combination of the accessory sets just comes out incredible. Every time. (except maybe for the Blue BBTS exclusive Marine vest. But that set is worth it for the proper Gung Ho hat).

New to the channel, first time coming here as Bobby mentioned he would be on this channel during this past Saturday’s 3POA episode so I wanted to stop by and check it out. Great show and you guys seemed pretty chill and professional, I dig it.
I’ve been with Bobby since the first Action Force Kickstarter (the one that didn’t fund) and have been all in on the line since. Love the product and love his no-bullshit attitude. I don’t always agree with everything he says or all his takes but that always takes a backseat to me being able to respect him for calling it like he sees it, as well as his pro-consumer stances. He’s just honest so take it or leave it either way as he sure as shit doesn’t care one way or another. That right there I think is the fundamental disconnect for the “haters”; it’s like you can appreciate and respect someone’s work ethic, product and philosophy…while also not always seeing eye to eye with every literal damn thing they say or do. G.I.Joe is a good example of this as Bobby will be one of the first ones to sing the praises of the Hasbro Joe Team if they nail a figure/release to a T, but will also cut them to shreds if they mess it up and I’m the same way because I care so much about the IP I want it to be the greatest it can be. That level of critical eye & behavior all comes from being so passionate about the IP. Period. If you’re not critical about the stuff you love then you’re at risk of becoming a blinded sycophant as who the hell is ultra critical about stuff that they don’t care about?
When you can’t reconcile the above differential distinction, then you get the haters that have basically trained their brain to be “the mean man on RUclips said something crappy about the thing I love therefore he’s a bad person and therefore whose points have no redeeming validity as it challenges my opinion” It’s so damn juvenile 🤦🏻‍♂️
Also, just like Bobby said about living rent free in the haters heads…you can spot a couple of those guys in the comments lol this shit writes itself.
I’m gonna search out the rest of this D-Rezzed episodes on the channel and give them a watch/listen. Take care gentlemen 🤘🏻

    They don't care anymore.
    Forget about quality control.
It's now a mediocre company run by mediocre people who don't have a clue that pissing off hardcore collectors is NOT a good business strategy.
In many ways, Hasbro parallels Disney now. Disney doesn't seem to want be an innovative animation OR mainstream family entertainment company anymore. They've been relying on their parks for TOO LONG to keep that slumbering, senile company alive.
I think waiting around for these old companies to get a clue and reform is a waste of effort. That much has been obvious to me for at least 5 years in the case of Disney. Look elsewhere, or start companies like some RUclipsrs have.

Western toy engineering is... to put it lightly, dated. I get why (cost efficiency, "safe for kids" etc.) but look at hasbro's diminishing returns and look at several Anime IP and Gundam. They make their stuff from merchandising and GOOD TOYS. Hasbro has the issue of lack of reprinting and GARBAGE engineering. Takara is SLOWLY going there due to more western influences to "simplify" because the customer base is mentally deficient (which isn't wrong).

It would be great if Valaverse could partner with a comic company to create a continuing storyline for people to get into. Y’know, something like that other military line of figures. The name escapes me for some reason.

People can argue they're just toys at the end of the day, but some of these toys look like they're based in the world of current day genocidal US military adventurism in Central Asia and the Middle East. It's just not a good look, in my eyes. 👺✨🗡👺

Bobby is talking about the 'Opportunity Cost' of spending a lifetime hating while not spending that same amount of Lifetime doing or achieving some other activity learning a skill
I LIKE it when a Guest uses Business Speak the Opportunity Cost calculation, where a human can only perform so many tasks at the exact same time.
for example (the textbook would claim, 'one can not watch hockey game and do homework'. I can listen to a sirius radio performance of Howard stern (replay), watch a clownfish TV download, and have a movie (Lethal weapon part 1) on another laptop, all the while i hand write some notes.
BUT i can not hand write some notes while typing a comment in this comment section. all depends on and upon what the hands are doing while the rest of the body listens and watches incoming content. //
Howard Stern relied upon the haters to score the ratings stats showed, 'howard stern('s penis, howard stern's penis) haters would Listen to his radio show Longer than his Fans
go figure if not for the hate, there be no love but the other side of the coin is most folks hate what they love the most, what they can not control
    Howard Stern's Penis! //

Just seeing him put up that action figure I can get a 12 inch old fashion G.I. Joe, knock off figure and I say knock off because it’s like the old 12 inch G.I. Joe figures poseable has clothing that you can use for Ken and Barbie but they range from $25 to 30 and even there’s one with a motorcycle and snowmobile that goes from 50 last time I checked that’s pretty damn good but for the toilet the guy just showed and said that was 30 bucks no way in hell I pay money for that and people wonder why retail stores are suffering I mean There’s To it but when your kids who want toys, big mommy and daddy to buy them toys, mommy daddy would rather get them something else. Good that is similar, but I actually worth the money they put into it.

First of all the GI JOE brand is bigger and more recognized by consumers. You are talking about a classic cartoon, comic book, and action figures that have been around for a long long time. Characters like Snake Eyes, Storm Shadow, Cobra Commander, etc are famous and very recognizable. Action Force has no brand recognition. The comparison isnt even close. When you go to a store, you pay more for the name brand compared to off brands. Second, Classified is far better than Action Force. Action Force are nice figures but Vala has been very controversial since entering the market.

1:10:30 minute mark What Bobby says about Steve Jobs is why i do not buy any apple products even though steve is long dead due to a cancer, which is what he was
Gates still lives and will likely live for perhaps 2 more decades better to live long and prosper than to die at the age of 55. //
even though Jobs is dead I still do not buy apple it is not because of their current leader, ass much as I hate steve
IF steve had been alive during the Hoax, i would have aimed to handle the Jobs with the Hoax make him suffer like the Bully he was no mercy would have been shown /
another deep dive into the details thanks stay Happy Halloween safe do not eat any unwrapped chocolates as they might be from melted down chocolate Ouija Boards.
