Yes. But it might crack, and not be as soft. I am a go for it type. Especially if it is something that isn’t my Binky comfort chair or something like that. My DIY clay paint is mostly pigment. So I can dilute it down a lot and it ‘dyes’ instead of sits on top.
It will be very textured if you use regular paint. Also I am not sure if fabric paint likes mixing with water?? Test it on thrift store fabric or something similar first.

I didn’t. It will cure in 6 months and there is no need to. If you sit on it with wet clothes before it cures it naught transfer on clothes. But once it is dry it won’t!!
It is DIY Brand I sell it. It is almost all clay based. Totally non toxic. It dilutes down to make a dye if you want it too dye and not make things crunchy
