No, because a few players who have come through the club's youth system have spoken publicly about how people at the club nutured them from being young on how to become better human beings as well as better footballers. i.e. Respect, how to present yourself, how to treat people and how to be humble and not get above your station. I'm not saying it's solely down to United but I think the club certainly had a big influence on Beckham, the CO '92 and others from being young teenagers. As for him showing humbleness, for me I've always seen it.
