Great question! For now, it looks like you can only publish through Notion site, unless you use a third-party integration to help connect your Notion pages with your domain.

The reason was
I'm Just download the notion and they have many changes like a when I'm doing according you the option are changd almost all options are changed in a notion application
And this is not for particular in applications this issue found's on :
When I'm login in notion website the option are changed to comparing your video you can check it on notion online website thx 🎉🎉😂

The reason was when I'm using notion and doing according this video the option are changed
And this is not a particular notion application when I'm gone for the first time on notion application and doing work according this video they have many changes in application like option are changed orls updated in notion website
You can check notion online website and create a work in notion online website then you can compare it
