Ray already got unlocked on this yesterday. The 10k bench makes the same stuff as the 25k one, except it makes part slower like every 2 hours.
if they do 1 part per 1-2h they dont get profit from it lol

Been known past 2 days. Saw a dude do it to not knowing devs fixed benches to only bought property. It worked fine. Devs didn’t fix it seems like.

X made a great point. It seems unfair after investing 25k and then 130k for a house that people can now only invest 10k to be able to make the same things in their apartment.

even solo grinder will be able to get a house and workbench sooner or later
Even playing field? The Company had 7 people (ish?) put in money and got an item, now they are giving everyone the same item without teaming up together.
what do you mean??? it should be even more like +100k for workbench, 500k for big house and 50k per buisness license and 10k weekly fee in the future
so car shops don't just have monopoly over materials, car parts and selling them but it's multiple people doing real big operation
car parts will hopefuly soon be removed from the npc
what you need to craft car parts and repairkits as individial for?
