for the mirage perks it's not just 1 more decoy, its a 30 second ult cooldown, down from 60 seconds he's is bamboozled hellzone now

With the perks wraith is going back to old wraith so the tactical instant, I’d say she’s S levelling with horizon
As someone who play tested alot of caustic, I can tell you this his ult with the increase in radius is 2 of rd 6 circles. Put that in perspective for end game zones

Ash's 2 tethers sounds like hell... its basically a mini Horizon Ult...
Imagine a grenad near you and the ther not only has a longer radius but theres two of them now.

tether can trap multiple enemies if u choose the perk that makes it last longer and traps multiple, u have the choice between that OR 2 charges

Caustic healing in his own gas is about to be nuts in doors. The amount of times you pop a barrel as a make shift smoke grenade to revive someone paired with the fact that it's healing you while you do so is already slept on.
ur only going to get around like 30hp per barrel, this is something people havent realized yet, its super slow healing
Caustic healing will be faster than Bang smoke healing. I agree Caustic will be dangerous
the mirage tac refresh works on the tactical decoys too not only the ult and the one that gives an extra ult decoy also reduces its charge time in half

As a Wattson main, I’m really excited for that! But I’m also prepared for that potential nerf, because 20 arc stars is crazy! Heck, even a Fuse Cluster could spawn a few if positioned correctly!
They could just make it a small cool-down for spawning arc stars so that doesn’t happen

Precision on mirage : lv2 shield : - regend hp of allies after picking up / + 1 decoy on ult and - 30 second ult couldown (u will be able to ult every 30 seconds lol)
think it was -30% so it's every 40-45ish seconds you can ult

the 50% increase to his nuerolink is great though at least.
Its not a nerf wtf are you talking about..? you can literally move the drone while you emp so it doesn’t hit you.

As a rampart main , the buffs given to legends that counter her the most , like cripto, mad Maggie and especially fuse will be a huge indirect nerf to rampart.
bang mains been dealing with scan legends and buffs to them for a long time
I just feel like Vantage perks should have given her a bump to B. Her passive is very useful to the team, her mark makes the enemy more vulnerable to your team, you can find enemies for your team to kill, you can find the next hill for your team, you can even easily jump to high vantage points to help you use your passive more easily…like, what does she also need to do? Have her Ult Heal teammates or have Echo retrieve team banners ALSO, before she gets a tier list bump lol. No hate on your list~

Man I think this tier list is gonna change. Definitely agree with the defensive legends, I think you’re wrong about bloodhound and valk. With no digital and the Bangalore meta bloodhound will be huge and his best of the hunt is absolutely insane. Valk is pretty much going back to pre nerf days… I definitely think she will be meta again because of movement
idk about valk but I can def agree that I may have put blood too low the more I reconsidered everything
@@Kasellos I know the jump towers kinda killed valks purpose, however with higher jump, at least in higher ranked lobbies it could be once again an asset. I saw another video breaking down each legends abilities and ranking them and they felt similar. I’m not saying she’s a solid s tier but I’d say at least A tier. Bloodhound on the other hand will be A/S tier. Faster ult time/ more scans/ ult health…. Bloodhound was already A tier and all they did was make him better. Time will tell how everything shakes up but I just don’t see Bangalore going away anytime soon, such a solid legend. I think as long as she’s relevant, bloodhound for sure is.

@@mattdrifts lol sarcasm or for real? Bangalore is huge in the ranked and pro leagues right now. Bangalore, horizon, catalyst, and conduit are 98% of what you see in the algs and higher tier lobbies.

Did you consider that some legends for example Catalyst get nerfed in season 20 and that perks just give you the opportunity to break even?
Her wall length and duration will be reduced by default, and perks only invert one of those nerfs
The vantage take was really bad, u get 4 bullets from a ult accel now and can constantly have your tactical, only thing bad about her is her hitbox but she is really good for being agressive maybe not in algs but definitely useful in any level of ranked
The dream team is Watson,life line and horizon/catalyst

Yeah Kas only rank them off passive and not all there abilities in one loba is s tier caustic is atleast be tier octane is a tier bc he get double pads that's good for pushing or escaping
@@masonjohnson2768i rank them off how much impact they have competitively (and somewhat try to think about pubs/ranked) and also how good they will be compared to the current meta legends, which current meta legends are very broken. loba is low impact, octanes team utility sucks, and caustic we will see, maybe I am wrong on him but his healing is super slow

Oof. Terrible take on Caustic, unfortunately. Farther throws means easier pushes. You can set off gas on yourself at any time, so the healing buff is amazing too.

if you read patch notes they buffed him so that his sling weapon has white attachments by default, they also gigabuffed his ult, the are is 90m now (it was 13m) plus his perk that makes his tac last 3 times longer sounds super busted@@leecook6267

Unfortunately I don’t think this changes anything legend wise, your still gonna use your same legend, you gonna let some perks that aren’t guaranteed to change your decision of the base legend you use lol I think not. I expect bang conduit teams all over the place it changes very little. The shields on the other hand change everything

If only support legends could craft banners, I may agree, but seeing as anyone can craft a banner as long as there's a support on the squad there's just better opinions in that class IMO.
