If you're serious about blogging and doing online marketing I recommend looking at building your own site on WordPress and doing SEO. Free blogger(dot)com is good but it's not for your long term success. let me know what you want me to help you with.
CM the video is very clear regarding post but will it be same in the pages too, I mean the keyword if changed in the home page the title get changed. So, it is the same or there will be some difference in pages and post for doing SEO?

Can you please confirm how to keep long title in blogger because I am facing issue since blogger allow only 4 (i.e. What is Blogger SEO) words in Title and when it comes to 5th, title not consider this nor in Permalinks.... Can you please the name of the White Board you are writing on. Its pretty good to keep on record...?
When I go to set up adsense it tells me: 1.Copy the code below 2. Paste it into the HTML of your website , between the and tags Where do I paste it in the blogger settings!? I can’t find the head tags it’s talking about? Thanks for the help!!!
