The Truth is Zimbabwe History has to be Re written, for it to fruitful and meaningful.Zanu pf ideology was tribal from then. What we now need is for Zanu pf to swallow their pride and RESPECT other Tribes and languages. Today's parents must teach their children to respect other LANGUAGE. When one is in Mashonaland speak Shona and when one is in Matabeleland speak Ndebele. Respect is paramount to all.

Of course, as some clearly understand, Gukurahundi was never a tribal issue, but a political one. Of course, the politicians did capitalize on historical tribal differences to make sure they accomplish what they wanted, which was to decapitate ZAPU whose major support base was Midlands and Matabeleland. The same strategy has continued with the same politicians attacking the strongholds of the opposition. They use the divide and rule tactic. They are happy when we fight and hate one another. We are all brothers and sisters. We may have wronged one another in the past, yet we can't go back to correct it. Let's forgive one another, love one another, and care for one another. Black or white, Shona or Ndebele, We are all Zimbabweans, we are all human beings, we need each other. Let us live together in peace and love.

Zenzele and your organisation you have the same status and achievement as the history departments and research schools of some of our esteemed universities and Drs.
The questions you ask, the people you have identified for interviews, the open mindedness,…
Some of these people that you record are deeper than some of the Drs that we listen to in some channels including MBC. I am not trying to take away from Mr Nkala’s work cause I have seen him do great work as well.
But this is the raw material that the people of Zim need in order to understand themselves and to move forward.
This man has made a great contribution. RIP indeed, you have pointed the way to peace

My late father always told me that Mugabe was made paranoid by being fed wrong intelligence. It was going to be harder to carry on exploiting a united Zimbabwe. He was a ZPRA commander and we were constantly harassed between 83-85 in Kwekwe. I was young and always had to run from school in the afternoons, this was because one night 5 brigade came to our house and hit my eight year old sister with a thorny stick because she didn’t know the ZANU slogans. I was younger and couldn’t understand why someone would want to hit us with thorns. All this time they made my father stand outside while they searched the house. I still remember the look my father had on his face.

Where are the die hard shona zanu supporters ? Are you still pretending to be in love with the zanu cabal to death or you're ready to repent? Now you see what has been hard for you to accept and acknowledge all these years that putting zanu in power was the worst mistake of your lives? How do you feel now it has finally dawned zanu has been using you from the start to date for their own personal gain?when others were crying you thought you were safe look look now...your zanu ancestors are showing you flames and its your turn to cry... You zanu supporters its time to fix your mess you put in power and help yourselves

This guy is dreaming. The 1960 protest what we call ( gjhi) the Party was ANC led by CC Ngcebetsha. NDP was formed after 1960 after ANC was banned. NDP got banned then PCC ( Peoples Caretaker Council) was formed. PCC got banned that's when ZAPU was formed. Ndabanengi Sithole broke away not in Zambia but in Rhodesia and formed ZANU. He was the first to send his boys out, and they were the first to fight in the then Portuguese East Africa, now Mozambique. That's why there was ZANU (Jonkwe) and (ZANU Ndu) The 1960 protest was never, never about Ndebele and Shona. 1960 protest united the whole country. That is when the greeting slogan Mntane nhlabsthi and Mwana wevu in Shona started, the Soul brother and Soul sister in English. I was 18 yes old and was living in Mzilikazi Township. I wish I would tell you more of what happened than him on that subject.
