Playing in a heat sure is very difficult. If Slava sees this, I have a tip for him: don't hesitate to pour water on yourself during the short breaks between games. Bring a liter bottle or two with you, unscrew the cork half way and pour it on your face and top of your head, maybe belly too. If you haven't been doing it already, give it a try. I know it's harder to remember about this during a match and it may not look as professional but it will help you when it is really hot outside. Good luck, Slava!

Cold water on the head feels so good in the middle of a tense match 💪

Thank you, it's worth a try. Slava has also recently changed his diet, without sugar. Certainly also an adaptation for his organism

Love to play in the heat, but the high himidity is what is killing me. Cold water on your cap feels great in the heat. Hope Jurij is doing good on Hard court! Lets go!

How do the players keep motivation from week to week as the results are not shiny?

The competition is hard and results are for the moment. If the players feel, they are improving as a player week by week it is easier to handle the loses
