I just started it today, just laid down on my bed and did everything john said. I will to this tomorrow morning after i wake up so any tips for beginners?
@@shabeebraza4736 Don't put pressure on yourself to be an expert meditator. Some days just following a practice for a few minutes is good enough. Progress comes slowly over time with meditation. Good luck xx
If you get angry just from that, then you really need to do meditate to calm and control yourself. One advice, if Family member interrupts, talk with him and calmly tell him not to disturb you for next 10 minutes because you are going to meditate. I hope they will understand.
@@nibeditaghosh8938 I meant to use the annoyed emoji. I don't get angry; I just get annoyed. And also, telling them you're doing something productive results in them hindering it even more. When I exercise, they always walk in and out of the room, bumping me and invading my exercise space. When I am studying, they always start chats and talk for almost an hour. It becomes a whole family gathering. Aunt, cousin, sisters, cat, and all. To top it all off, they walk in and out of the bathroom while I am showering.
Good goal to have. The worldnis full of opportunities to be in a state of suffering, but I believe even one day or two in a day sometimes will and do help. Wish you peace and serenity ❤

Just recently started meditation daily and started working on my self in the gym along with it. I feel so much better nowadays and am much more productive with my time

I clicked on this video because the length time is 10:17. This was my Grandma's birthday, she passed away in 2008 when I was 7. I one day asked the universe to show me a sign from her, and ever since then I see 10:17 almost daily. Sometimes it's on the clock, the tv, it can be literally anywhere. My dad also sees it often, she was his mother. I believe that i see it when I'm meant to see it. I'm taking this as a sign to meditate more often.
Decided to take the leap from a five minute evening meditation to a ten minute meditation and that was so fulfilling! I feel rejuvenated and refreshed, thank you for such high quality content.

Thank you so much i decided to let my free time have meditation whenever I meditation I realize and thought how I have achieved so much without noticing and my favorite part is when I open my eyes I feel the blue and claiming vibe and i feel motivation and happy
this morning i woke up feeling very confused for some reason, i tried to focus on reading and studying for like an hour but didn't work. and i came across this and I wailed like crazy.. I still don't know why i cried so much but feel way better now. thank you.

It's incredibly powerful when you can connect and even though I get intrusive thoughts I try and let them be acknowledged but then let go
felt the exact same, the pure bliss feeling of coming back to reality after feeling like you were some place else is refreshing
5:45 got interrupted by ads I’m glad for the 5mins peaceful me time
Strange. Usually these meditations aren’t interrupted by ads. It was going well for me as well and the ad comes right about that five minute mark.

That is confusing why there would be ads in the middle of a meditation.
wonderfull, until the ad interupted the entire meditation after 4 minutes. NEVER again.
When you finally get into that mood while meditating and a family member walks in. 😠
