Good job and thanks for the video. I would like to recommend that you buy some new tools that will make your job so much easier. I know tools are expensive but you should invest in a 1/4"and 3/8" air ratchet and the new Makita electric ratchet which has both sizes and is a Jewel of a tool. Your work would be 80% faster and easier on you. Also recommend that when you can't get the ratcheting 10mm wrench in the small space, change over quickly to an open-ended wrench. Last, buy a bronze punch instead of steel for knocking the axle back as it will absorb the impact. Much safer. Amazing work from a fledgling mechanic!!
What is the reason for loosening up the two bolts at the bearing clamp? You're hammering the axle and I would imagine with the bearing mount loose your risking the impacts of the hammer towards the transfer case. That's bad news
Hi sir ✌️You need to remove those bolts to remove the bracket that is holding the bearing, no risks on transfer case sir . Cv axle have play back and forth on both sides.

So you didn`t even took it out steering link end and lower ball joint? How the hell you can turn so much spindle to take outter axle out? :?
I damaged the end dust seal that goes on the wheel, didn't knew had to re use it, and don't know the name to buy it... AHHHHHHHH!!!!

I am having a hard time aligning those two bolts
Took the shaft out and tried to insert in hopes it needs to go in further to get the two bolts go in.. no luck. Here taking a break and trying again
The customer will have them replaced again shortly as aftermarket axles are junk.
Is almost 2yrs and no issues at all with aftermarket cv axle
