I purchased online and received one of these bad boys a few days ago, from Allpowers Au (I'm in Australia!). I'd already watched some reviews prior to making the decision to buy the Allpowers r600, and just came across your review, which is excellent and very comprehensive, by the way, while looking up solar panels! One thing I can confirm, though, is that it will quite successfully run a CPAP machine, which is one of my main reasons for buying it! I have a Resmed AirSense 10 Elite and have tested it on the r600 for a few nights now, using different settings on the CPAP, with great success, I think. Admittedly, I generally sleep for fewer hours per night than most, averaging 4 to 6 hours, but even with the humidifier and tube heater on, it used only 52% for 4.5 hours, with the output on the display showing it spiking to a maximum of 14w! With the humidifier and tube heater turned off, it used 43% for roughly 5.5 hours, and I got two nights in on a full charge, with it spiking to a maximum of 10w! So, for me, taking the Allpowers r600 with me when I go camping to use primarily to power my CPAP, and recharging it during the day with a solar panel, looks like it is going to work! I will do some more testing, and I haven't used it in the field yet, but so far I'm very impressed! I watched your review on the Allpowers 100w solar panel, too, and I'm going to purchase one of those to go with the r600.
Excellent Review! Very thorough. Not one stone unturned! BRAVO! Looking forward to purchasing the unit and panel tomorrow based on this STELLAR review! Thank you so much. : )
I purchased a EB3A Bluetti a few months back. This is fairly comparable. Paid $209 on sale but couldn't afford a bluetti solar panel so got a Grecell. Haven't tried it yet. Sure hope it works. Thank you for the review.
Good review! The unit exceeded its specifications. Like all of these units, what it could use most is more battery... After looking at specs and watching loads of reviews on a number of power stations in this class, I ordered one of these from Amazon. The app was a deciding factor as I gather there is a custom HACS integration for Home Assistant; it will be interesting to see how well that works.
Makes me feel even better about the one I got via your post, due to arrive on Tuesday ($191 & change after tax, seems like a good deal). I have some larger, some smaller...I like to have another smaller one like this because I don't want to have to use any of the juice from the larger ones for things like phone / laptop / tablet charging (family of 4, we all have multiple such devices), running some lights, etc. Thanks for the video!
Had 2 of these both failed with error e207 and failing to recharge and second one has just packed in all together shutting down at 50% charge now wont do anything. Returned for refund going to get the Ecoflow river 2 pro, about 3 times what I paid for this but more than twice the capacity too.
I had exactly the same problem with the first one I bought so it was replaced with another but haven't had chance to use it yet but hoping it will be ok if not it's going back for a refund.
Great video! I bought my R600 a while back after being very disappointed with the EB3A, I really like the R600 it is so much better then the EB3A 😎😎 The tv that I use during power outages is a 32 inch smart TV and only draws 25 watts but my regular TV being a 65 inch draws 100 watts, there are many such things that you can do to stretch your power out during a power outage.
Be aware of the inferior quality of Allpowers: We bought a previos S700 model not even 1.5 years ago and it just died completely this month. Allpowers doesn't care at all, so we had to bring a 400+ USD device to recycling right away. No we bought an Ecoflow, hope it's better quality.
No, you can’t but you can definitely use this. See this review we did. Mini POWER STATION GOOLOO GTX280 Review PLUS Jump Starter ruclips.net/video/UBkGklpVKJg/видео.html
Can I pair this with my All Powers 1500 much like an additional battery to increase my amp hrs? If so which outlets/inlets would I use? And where to I get a cheap 12v adaptor to charge it from my car?
@@TechMadeEzy Because the given AC charger is 90w, but the powerstation is capable of charging with 122w. I want to max the charging speed and I dont have a solar panel.
@gyulaszolnoki5224 I guess you could get a barrel adapter, make sure your wattage is in line, not sure if this can void the warranty if something goes wrong. Good luck

Very, very useful review. Please note that connection to carplug is the right way to go with xt60! Thx!
1st thank you
If I remember this correctly this specific model doesn't have the adapter to take advantage of that xt60i

Hi Definitely charge it up and test it just in case
The Gercell 100 watt panel is decent. I did a short video on the one I picked up.

Здравствуйте, у тёмная модель или светлая? На моей светлой модели нет иконки Bluetooth на экране устройства
@igcorpinc8387 dark
It just dawned on me people dont understand the difference between UPS mode and pass thru.
Awesome review :) Can i get at least 4-5 hours of usage with my 3d printer that uses maximum 48W ?
That shouldn’t be a problem, you know the surge rating? This has a 1200w surge rating
@@TechMadeEzy thank you i think its like 1000 👍🏻

Find? Find to purchase? Find to learn more?

Hi
Do i can use it and charge it with solar panel in the same time?
Yes
Will this unit support dual charging? Or does it default to one or the other?
That I don't know, I recommend emailing Allpowers at support@allpowers.com sorry I couldn't help with this.
Hi... can you use it to jump start my car?
No, you can’t but you can definitely use this. See this review we did.

is it possible to operate the device from solar panels and at the same time have a connected device at the output?
Yes no problem at all
Thanks@@TechMadeEzy

Which is best the R600 or the Bluetti EB3A?
Both very good units
If you had to choose which one would you pick?
I was ripped off I don't have the two Bowral ports 😢

Hello! I have a bluetti ac50s powerstation. Can I charge it with a laptop charger?
Laptop charger? That’s not made to charge anything but a laptop.
Why don’t you use the ac charger it came with? Or solar ?

I will never buy a power station with upside down power outlets....all power...oukitel...and anybody else.
It's the right way in Australia
