What kind company is good if u believe in your idea that later could become unicorn. LLC, S or C corp ?

You can start with an LLC and raise funding. When you need to distribute shares, convert to a C corp or transfer the LLC to the C corp. Do not use an S corp because the tax structure doesn't work for investors.
