While a part of me wishes the fight was longer, seeing how many faction symbols Scourge has as his trophies, it makes sense that he would make short work of Apelinq.
i don't much about Transformers, but if I recall, Unicron has a brother the T-formers' home planet. If Unicron is out there devouring planets, why hasn't his brother "activated" to stop him?
I seem to recall part of the lore was that Unicron either directly or indirectly corrupted Megaton and caused the war between the autobots and the decepticons to effectively poison Primus because of the infighting in the race he created, because the sparks in each transformer is crafted by Primus, it's a piece of himself that he uses to give them life, and having them fighting each other is like having the pieces of himself fighting, kinda like a cancer or making him sick with a virus, so that he would be stuck in status, or be weak enough to not go after his brother. Either that, or the fact that I seem to recall the original fight between Unicron and Primus was so tiring on both of them, but even more so on Primus because he was the weaker 2 of them so Primus was stuck in a deeper state of sleep. Don't quote me on this tho, it's been the longest time since I had my deep dive on transformers deep lore
Have you ever noticed that Scourge takes Apelinq's insignia, welds it on his shoulder, but imediatly after when the ship takes off, and throughout the movie, that insignia is nowhere to be seen...? 🤔
I was born in the 80’s so this film looks like a cutscene from a computer game to me. It doesn’t look real unlike Terminator or Robocop which used fantastic practical effects.
And this is why CGI looks the best in dark atmospheres. I was blown away seeing Scourge’s body move and sway underneath the lack of light. He looked incredibly real until he comes out in the opening which isn’t to say he looks fake suddenly. Was the one movie I was rooting for the bad guys rarely since the script was f*cked and plot holes bigger than Unicron made themselves apparent throughout
I like to think that Apelinq here was once one of Optimus prime generals in charge of the wreckers, but try convincing Optimus that the war is long over that they should start over on a New World, but he refused so Apelinq ran away from the war with the Transwarp key which I think infuriated Megatron into a full on chase

And if the Maximals and Dinobots were in ROTF, they swore an oath to the Primes to protect the Matrix from the Fallen.
I agree
Uuuuuummmm maybe uuuhhh scar?
No. That’s a villain name
@@AutobotAvengerXL ok maybe uuhh ok fine thunderjaw it is
@@AIDENPRODUCTIONSBABYthere's already a scar dinobot
Bro I loved how they used Kong's roar for Apelinq and optimus primal's for this movie
apelinq didn't even get to do shit at least let him use his blades
0:14 Monsterverse Kong roars :)
Apelinq - George (Rampage)
Primal - Kong (King Kong)
I love the way Apelinq lowered his head and took a deep breath when he was prepping for his fight
He knew he was gonna die, he knew Scourge was gonna kill him
And he knew that all he could do, was mentally prepare himself for the end
I just realized airazor has the same voice actor as the goat lady in kung fu panda 2
Peter deanklage make a great job voicing scourege
BEST LIVE ACTION TRANSFORMERS MOVIE THUS FAR!👍👍🔥💯
This whole opening scene reminded me of "Species" from 1995 😊😅😂.
cap
0:03 Optimus Primal appears
0:14 Optimus Primal roars
0:19-0:20-0:21 Airazor appears
0:24 Cheetor and Rhinox appear
0:27-0:28 more enemies are landing, we won’t be safe for long
0:30 do we have the key
0:42-0:43-0:44-0:45-0:46 no, protecting our transwarp key is all that matters, go, use it to escape
0:48 what will you do
0:51-0:53 I’ll hold them off, buy you some time
Peter Dinklage did a great job voicing scourge he’s pretty good at playing villains
In my opinion, I think that Scourge, BattleTrap, Nightbird and Unicron could have beat all of the Maximals, Predecons, Desepticons and the Autobots in… “One Unicron Eating Planet Later” Btw I loved TF: ROTB, 100/10, and I also loved Scourge as a character, toys and art designs. 👍👍👍👍👍
That fight didn’t even last 10 seconds☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️
You let them slip away with the Transwarp Key... Scour the universe and fin where the Maximals are gone. When you acquire the Key, use it to bring me to you.
Once I have the key I alone will reign supreme
His sacrifice is not in vain
While a part of me wishes the fight was longer, seeing how many faction symbols Scourge has as his trophies, it makes sense that he would make short work of Apelinq.
The sacrifice of apeliq 😭
It’s okay ma boi🥺
Holy shit, the new Transformers Movies look craaaazy good. havent watched the last few. i think imma do asap now xD
i don't much about Transformers, but if I recall, Unicron has a brother the T-formers' home planet. If Unicron is out there devouring planets, why hasn't his brother "activated" to stop him?
Unicrons brother is Primus. IDK, maybe other do, probably just the writers or direction it's going.
The theme when scourge is walking through the forest gives me chills 🥶
This was by far the shortest fight in transformers history
Bruh the voice acting is amazing unicrons voice is amazing everything about this is amazing
0:07 0:14 makes me laugh the mechanical roar of optimus primal
Scourge is awesome. The entrance was amazing
This might be the beginning of the final set of films
No. There’s going to be a couple more.
Paramount has confirmed that ROTB is the first entry in the trilogy of films
Anyone else thought Well damn Ultron is a menace here too. When scourge was coming out the woods. 😂
Optimus primal did the kong thing 🤩
Have you ever noticed that Scourge takes Apelinq's insignia, welds it on his shoulder, but imediatly after when the ship takes off, and throughout the movie, that insignia is nowhere to be seen...? 🤔
1:10 It's almost like seeing Kong and his father from the Monsterverse if Kong's dad was alive at the time.
S t f u the movie was good
I like to think that Apelinq here was once one of Optimus prime generals in charge of the wreckers, but try convincing Optimus that the war is long over that they should start over on a New World, but he refused so Apelinq ran away from the war with the Transwarp key which I think infuriated Megatron into a full on chase
“Benefits of serving the all mighty Unicron” in case pple don’t know. Scourge gets power from Unicron which is why Scourge is powerful
Cool movie
