CBR4 is like PDW at its golden age, fast fire rate, light to running around, big mag capacity, a game changer
but back then it also had no recoil this got some but it isn't noticeable Sense everyone uses it a lot

the fact that cbr4 have fast fire rate, good damage, easy to control, fast mobility, fast reload with 50 ammo
But needs to be nerfed bc its to op now and codm need to change meta now
Just nerf it to pre buff recoil it will not be a problem cuz half of noobs won't be able to spray with it lol
