Hi Alun, just wanted to share my experience with this energy pull with you, I'm really new to access consciousness and energy pulling and about 3 weeks ago my very first energy pull was this one.. I went in with no expectations and during the pull towards the end I had a tear in the eye and a hundred access tool questions started running thru my head... i started feeling more and more light and alive and it was actually when your clip stopped, still laying on my bed, that the full force kicked in.... feelings grew so strong with love and gratitude and tingles and power and knowing and alignment and lightness, I started crying and found it hard to breath, my body was shaking, I was feeling a mix of being scared of what was happening and amazingness and safety combined,, never ever have I even come close to such beautiful feelings and experience of such a rush, I find it hard to even explain it.. I could feel such a connection with my inner being and I realised I had finally, after nearly 40years , finally connected to and acknowledged the magnificence of me.. thank you Alun for guiding me to that... I've done numerous energy pulls since that first one and I haven't come anywhere close to the power of that first one, am I holding my self back subconsciously?

Thanks so much for your comments about the energy pull. I'm so glad it was such a great experience for you. I get what you're saying about the experience... I've had similar experiences too - like the first time I had a Symphony of Possibilities session. It was incredibly moving, and almost like a full body orgasm at the same time as being totally funny and life changing. Amazing stuff!
So when it comes to doing energy pulls, the key is to not have ANY expectations about how you will feel afterwards, or what it will be like, or what it will create. I would suggest clearing all your decisions, judgments, conclusions, expectations, and projections about what it will feel like, be like, and what it will create, and use the access consciousness clearing statement.
You might also like to use this question too: What energy, space, and consciousness can me and my body be to out create all the energy pulls Ive done so far with total ease, as if by magic? What else is possible with energy pulls that I've never considered before?
