Thanks for the explanation of the chainless starting dc, LaDria. I guess you can use it for a flat piece too. Can't wait to try it, along with the new hat (I make chemo caps for local hospital donation). I have already made 2 hexi cardigans, have to make a 3rd one soon for my daughter-in-law before she steals mine. Fab pattern!
