You'd have to be pretty hardcore to want to drive that 'stage 1' stripper on the street. In the real world, I would definitely consider 1) an aftermarket muffler 2) GRP race seats 3) Odyssey battery 4) titanium wheel bolts plus the lightest rims you can afford 5)change the steering wheel, if you can live without the airbag. 6) leave the (13 kg) spare wheel and jack kit in the garage - if you're certain you're not going to get a flat. And oh yes - make sure it's got a stickshift, K & N filter, and a bigger throttle body.
We are very hard core here, if you've seen some of the other builds we have done, we are up for a stripped out racecar. I really appreciate the insight of your comment, we are doing lots of things you mentioned. Very excited about the future of this build!
