New Housing Near Broomfield?

This 4K video is taken from a trip over to Broomfield road. A couple of months ago temporary housing was seen being transported down Saxon Way just off of Broomfield Road. There's a large area of temporary housing that's now situated in between Broomfield road and the ambulance station over in Springfield.
