I know a lot of people are gonna hound me for saying this, but I really like the English cast. Diskin, Stone, Lindbeck, and Silverstein were great and I like the new Robot Masters. I hope we can hear more of these guys in future Mega Man games.
Honestly I usually prefer the English dubs if only because I don't know Japanese. I feel like I resonate better with the emotions from the characters' voices more when I can speak their language.

As for JPN Fuse Man, it's true that he sounds calmer, but it won't break character unless Fuse Man's personality is literally not supposed to be calm. But as for a voice like Todd's (one of my favorite VA's btw) I think he'd have been a more appropriate choice for English Blast Man than the guy currently voicing him.

I think both are absolutely fantastic. It's a shame we don't have some of the older voice over cast. Though that can probably be chalked down to actors aging, retiring, moving on to better projects, or becoming doctors.
Eh it's decent I guess. 7/10 imo because it feels too short, plotwise I still think it could have been bigger, lack of new stuff, should have more stages, some level design is kinda cheap and can screw you over like the enemy placement in wily fortress 1. They could've made it a little easier to get the e tanks in game though also this game is stingy with checkpoints so if you die you have to start the whole stage over not to mention some stages really overstay their welcome like blast man and acid man last but not least the sound track is meh it feels too techno-ish imo. But I respect your opinion though man. :)
