I am going to be corpse bride and I am going to use these tutorial! It’s the best looking and it’s explained beautifully! Thank you for making this video or else I would have to settle for something ok!
You've nailed it, wonderful lady. No words to describe u, ur ineffable. Ur the sunshine of the youtube, your light up our lives. But remember your inner beauty will never need makeup.
I used Mehron in this particular video but these days my go to for coverage and long lasting no smudge is actually graftobian. I have an updated corpse bride video coming next week with a full costume video that will feature Graftobbian Pro paint water activated paint 🖤
I either want to be Emily the other mother or coralline for Halloween. (I’m not sure if I will even be able to trick or treat but this is one of my best costume ideas yet and I don’t think I can wait another year) idk which one to choose tho!!! I am sort of leaning to Emily tho because I haven’t seen anyone do her as much as coralline characters.
I personally always clean my skin right before to remove any natural oils and will start with a powdered base on my skin also to help with oil absorption and even coverage as I apply my paints! If I’m using lighter colors, I even do a fully powdered foundation base for the paint to stick to to help with opacity and making it last longer!
I’m doing this makeup for Halloween! Yours turned out so good and you look so pretty!! Just like Emily. ❤️ I’m buying the mehron face paints in white, black and sky. Do you think that’s enough for the face paints?
Unfortunately it's a white wig that I sprayed with blue and grey colored hairspray from the first time I did the corpse.bride transformation. I'll link the original link below and the spray are actually already linked below if you'd like to spray the wig! I'll get that added now!
Don't do it!! It'll actually dye your skin or at the very least make it flaky! Instead, just use eyeshadow to color your skin like you do with blush. It can actually color you quite a bit!
I’ve never heard such a good explanation!! Not only that but the details are amazing!! Keep up the great work, definitely going to use this video for the upcoming Halloween ♥️
OP or anyone who has attempted this how long did you give yourself? I'm planning two hours but not sure if that's enough? (mind you I'm a complete noob)
I get my music from epidemic sound! They have a HUGE selection and music you can use on all social media for a monthly fee. Super worth it! The two songs I used specifically are linked in the bottom of the description for the video ♥️
I swipe in a smaller area in circles then stipple on it for full coverage and move onto another area. If you go back over it after it sits for a moment, it will actually pick the paint back up and makes it patchy. Hope that helps! ❤️
The foundation would turn it a green or brownish tone since they are so highly pigmented but you can actually do foundation and normal powder to create a dry base and dry paint with eyeshadow on top to make it a blue! It’s how I do all my shadows and highlights and is the same concept!
you are so talented !! it is very pretty ❤️❤️ i'll use it for this year's halloween ! can i ask you where you found the flower tiara you are wearing ? also, what is the references of the products used ? thank you so much, you have a new subscriber ❤️
Welcome! ❤️ I'm so glad you are going to do this for Halloween, it's soooo fun to wear! A really inexpensive and pretty flower crown option I just linked in the description for you! And no worries because all of the materials I used are linked below with the name and where you can find them!
I remember your first tutorial years ago! This is perfect! You are gorgeous and so talented! I have a question about layering face paints! Whenever I try to layer water activated face paints they always lift one another off! Is there a technique I’m missing or am I just putting too much water?? 🤔 it’s been a STRUGGLE for sure, any tips would help me so much!!! Thanks!!!
For me, powdering between layers or more mixing so it’s more color in the water helps. Mostly it helps me in building up colors by using a sponge to tap it in!
That absolutely can be a struggle! The best I'd recommend that has the highest coverage and the cor is perfect is a pricier pallet in my collection but last sooooo long is the Kryolan Aquacolor 24 color Palette. The coverage is amazing and the minty teal they have in it is perfect! ❤️ So easy to use and no streaks! It's an investment but I've been using the same one for two years and have never had to repurchase yet. I think you'd love it!
It's actually a wig from game of thrones that was a $15 mother of dragons wig from a costume store that I sprayed with colored hairspray in blue and grey!
I love this! But I just wanted to say it isn't safe to use anything that is not approved for skin use (sharpie pencil) it can damage your skin over time and I feel like it should be noted that it isn't a skin safe product but art supplies. I too have used other methods because it's life, we all do! But I think it's important for others to be aware that it isn't something that should be used. Specially close to the eyes
I understand your concern, absolutely, but this product is completely safe for the skin. I am a certified micropigmentation technician and we use this to map out hair placement when cutting the skin. This is the only "sharpie" product that is safe for the skin and it is safe for "open" skin. It's simply a hardened wax that is used for marking China typically because of its water resistant. That’s why it is used in hardware stores. There are far more chemicals in the actual makeup products than that. If you'd like to research it, they are also known as “wax pencils” or “chinagraph pencils”. There are no known reactions with this and has been used in my industry for many years 😉
@@AleenaAverly I had no idea. thank you for letting me know and I apologize for assuming. Unfortunately I've seen so many people use things like acrylic paint on themselves and tell people it's okay and I'm like nooooo. I appreciate you replying and being so kind about it 💜

Me: "Oooh, this looks fun!"
Also me: "HoW dO yOu PuT iN a CoNtAcT?!!?"
Haha, I always do it off camera because I have to do it about four times in each eye to get it to stay. Story of my life! 😂

I'm doing an Emily costume for Halloween and this should really help
You've nailed it, wonderful lady.
No words to describe u, ur ineffable. Ur the sunshine of the youtube, your light up our lives. But remember your inner beauty will never need makeup.
If you ask is this 10/10? No I think it's 1000/10
I love the fact that you are so good at making the details
Thank you! ❤️
Beautiful! I don't know if I'm that talented but I'll give it a try but beautiful artwork love it

You look amazing! What type of. Post paint are you using and how well does it stay on you-not smudge throughout the day/night?

I'm so glad you liked it! ❤️
Hey :) what shoes do you recommend with this look?
Heels! White with blue edges to match or with blue flowers would be beautiful ❤️
MAGNIFICO

You absolutely should! I would love to see whatever you decide to do!
Amazing 🤩
you are so awesome! I have to try your makeup this halloween. love U. 💙
you look beautiful 🧡🖤!!
Thank you gorgeous! ❤️
This is so beautiful I love the look so much! I was curious if u have any alternative adhesives bc I'm allergic to latex
Prosaide is a fantastic product! Spirit gum is an inexpensive option but does require the remover for it but still super easy to use!
Did you do a base before applying the main face paint? Or just clean skin? Sorry! Thanks!
I personally always clean my skin right before to remove any natural oils and will start with a powdered base on my skin also to help with oil absorption and even coverage as I apply my paints! If I’m using lighter colors, I even do a fully powdered foundation base for the paint to stick to to help with opacity and making it last longer!

how does it feel to live my dream 😭

I might paint myself as the joker or not I’ll will see
if i don't have face paint can I mix a drop of watercolor paint in with foundation?
Don't do it!! It'll actually dye your skin or at the very least make it flaky! Instead, just use eyeshadow to color your skin like you do with blush. It can actually color you quite a bit!
I love your beautifle work
Thank you!
Super!
you look amazing..

I'm so glad! You'll have to tag me so I can see any pics! ❤️
OP or anyone who has attempted this how long did you give yourself? I'm planning two hours but not sure if that's enough? (mind you I'm a complete noob)
Two hours should be enough! Just depends how much body painting you plan on doing really!
Btw where did u got the music ?
I get my music from epidemic sound! They have a HUGE selection and music you can use on all social media for a monthly fee. Super worth it! The two songs I used specifically are linked in the bottom of the description for the video ♥️
Any tips on how to get full coverage with the face paint? I used it and its just a little patchy
I swipe in a smaller area in circles then stipple on it for full coverage and move onto another area. If you go back over it after it sits for a moment, it will actually pick the paint back up and makes it patchy. Hope that helps! ❤️
Does mixing a foundation with eye shadow work to make the skin?
The foundation would turn it a green or brownish tone since they are so highly pigmented but you can actually do foundation and normal powder to create a dry base and dry paint with eyeshadow on top to make it a blue! It’s how I do all my shadows and highlights and is the same concept!

Do you by any chance remember what you use for bottom lashes
I do! It's the Ardell "Demi Wispies" style!
Wow! 😍
How well does the body and face paint stay intact with sweat?
Pretty well! Alcohol activated paints will hold up the best, especially if set with powder layers
Hi did you wear contacts for this look?
I’ve actually got a contacts haul video I did for MyEyeBB contacts that shows you tips on how to put them in and take them out!
Amazing
did u need a lot of the paint? x
Where is her wig from

What lashes do you use?
The top lashes are Sophie wild cat 3D lashes you can get here! amzn.to/49chJf0
The bottom lashes are just by Ardell in the style “Demi Wispies” turned upside down
They should make real life corpse bride movie
I wish! ❤️ Role of a lifetime!
What colors of body paint do I buy
The colors are listed in the description below! ❤️
I liked so much
I'm so glad you liked it! ❤️
I'm confused cause what did you use at 0:59?
It’s Mehron Paradise Makeup AQ! Everything used is linked in the info below of the video to make it a little easier to find too 😊
for halloween im being emily from corpse bride
Could body oil paints also be used?
You could but it risks being rubbed off on moving body parts!
do I have to use setting powder?
I do you a white or translucent powder! Helps shadows blend in to for shading!
Hi you did a beautiful lol zombie makeup
very Beautiful
what body paint do you use?
The paints used are in the description below the video 😁
