Good work. Sir what will happen if plinth beam is 3 feet above ground level and brick work sone below plinth beam. This will also save the houae from moisture. The only queation is will the brickwork be atring near pillars soil is filled in pits.

If the soil is very hard then columns are not required
Stone masonry is enough for single floor,if you go for multiple floors then go for frame structure
