On a hot day like these days, it was a cool vacation-like time.
I was worried that it would be cold, but it turned out to be cool like a gentle breeze, so I was happy!

I love every single video you recorded with this therapist. Although, it is quite obvious how skillful and professional he is in his work, what I love the most is his voice. His voice is so calming, soothing, but also sounds like a voice of someone determined in life & profession. But even though, he doesn't talk much in your videos (I really wish he does), his voice and hand movements have calming & peaceful effect on me. Thank you to both of you for your hard work. Brilliant 😊🎉 I absolutely loved this video Este, I started closing my eyes and snoozing when the cryo therapy part was half way through.
He’s a very good masseur, gentle but firm, and seems to know what to do to make you feel good, small touches, hair, neck massage, very good!
I really could do with a similar massage on my neck, it’s been a bit sore recently.
When I watch the video I imagine I’m having the same treatment and my neck relaxes a little bit.
