Nothing to like about this house apart from the expensive location it’s in - pretty much standard bricks mortar masonry interiors that you can get in any old house just on a larger scale here 🥺

You should tour Chelster Hall in Oakville I would like to see that house in more detail. It hasn't been done.

Wow a 4 car garage, that’s hard to come by in Toronto without spending over $10,000,000.

Great video. Just one thing though. You don't need to describe each room with an adjective. If you overuse it, it loses its meaning. Besides that, great house tour.

If they have any class, they'd buy bespoke, not off the peg, run of the mill, branded items. Saville Row is where its at!

    This mans idea of luxury:
    A “45 TV
    A couch
    $1 Popcorn
    A closet
    A toilet
    And a blanket
    An empty backyard
    A blank room
    Now that’s luxury
    Massive projector screen
    Whatever
    Bar
    Whatever
    5 bedrooms
    Who cares
    $1 popcorn
    Ya that’s luxury

Okay peoples, let's do the math.... If you can afford 7 million dollars on a house, then save you money, buy an even bigger house in Atlanta and put the other 5 million in investments. You can live off capital gains until the cows come home!!

You can't compare Toronto to Atlanta. Real-estate market much different.

Jessica Lengyell except the fact that Atlanta is 10x more dangerous then Toronto
