They could try playing, Burst Limit, Budokai 1,2,3, or Raging Blast.
If you were wondering why they were right in the open "because he was cell". Real talk cell has the worst range so they probably thought he wouldn't be able to get to them in time. Because compared to freiza long range snipes/zarbon and deidoria with buu gogo gum and innocence bullet with ki blast spam survivors aren't stupid enough to run out in the open. But with cell you don't have to respect him in the slightest which is also why people kept trying to run steed's fade, not like cell can insta kill you or chase you on bulma bike like the other two raiders can.
And this is for people wondering why cell has the least wins because a freiza can easily place zarbon and deidoria in areas to camp out keys or time machines. Buu has his lv3 stomach, ki tracking, cell's lv3 super, ill bullet, and faster move speed by turning in to gum needless to say survivors aren't winning a situation like. All cell really has is the fact he gets to lv 4 fast, which means if survivors find all keys or dragonballs first cell can't really fight back effectively and that's not even getting the idea of bulma bike or any other movement based skills.
Steed hear me out. You HAVE to do a raider game where you only play as Spopovich the entire match. I promise you it's possible

I dont think its still possible cause Spopovitch got hard nerfed his ki blasts are so fucking slow and do very little damage

I love to destroy Zone E on Waterfront as that creates a weird position for an invisible wall right next to the Time Machine that everyone now has to deal with. A and D are also really good to break to get rid of areas they can hide.
I hate how the escape time machine is next to the raider there.

I mean yeah he's inherently worse than buu and that's not even getting into the fact super buu is a guaranteed win.

Hey does anyone know about these players that are just named survivors? they sometimes appear in my game and they just jump, like if someone has a macro and made them jump every one second. i looked them up and no information about them at all. they mostly appear in pc lobbys as from what i know.

it was mostly bad teammates, they had that win if three of them didnt huddle in a corner with no change power and die in a trio, with one of them having all 7 balls (although i think ball trades was going on)
Getting Bad Teammates is an aspect of Luck though.

His raider awareness and priorities are so much "less thought out" than his survivor gameplay. I'm suprised the survivors don't wipe his health bar within the first few minutes.
