That 1940s green dress from eclectic contessa is gorgeous! I also love your great grandmother's pink dress, and that is so special that you are named after her! :)
Can I just say, you have the most amazing vintage dress collection EVER!! I would honestly probably wear everything you showed. Also, you are an incredibly talented seamstress! I need you talents 💕
Oh thank you so much! I am thankful for the items I have and they are like old friends. 😊 oh girl, you have that talent!! Selena jumpsuit and Fran’s dress, shut the front door! ❤️❤️
You got a lot of nice outfits there love the green fitted dress with the back zipper I have a white dress like that Being a young man I love vintage and have dresses in my collection which I like to wear often My sister loves dressing me up as a woman in vintage doing my make up and putting a wig on me So funny zipping up the dresses lol A long fitted straight dress or long pencil skirt is so comfortable especially outdoors I love wearing dresses
Thank you very much! What fun indeed, I wish my brother would have let me dress him up, I could imagine your sister loves it! The straight, pencil skirt is truly comfortable!
Beautiful collection!! That 1930s dress you made, and said it was a pain, was Simplicity repro, right? I made that pattern and it was indeed a pain lol. It's that dumb placket closure in the back. When I took mine apart recently and remade it, I went for a back zipper instead. Sooo much better!
Yes exactly!! That back placket still doesn’t want to lay right! lol, so glad I am not alone! Oh a zipper, what a perfect idea!! Maybe I’ll give that a go!
@@littleantiqueme8714 When I made it the first time, it was much too big, so cutting a seam straight down the back worked out fine. I actually took apart everything except the sleeves and put it back together because I was too much of a novice the first time around lol! Yours is so cute!
I always wear dresses and suits. we had a casual day at school (we wear uniforms) & I wore a suit My teacher said “I am scared to what you think formal is.”
I loved seeing all your dresses!! So fun!
Thank you!!
You have some delightful clothes.
what a fun video. With the exception of your family heirlooms, I liked the dresses you made the best!
Somewhere over on Rainbow so glad you enjoyed it, thank you so much for watching! Oh thank you so much, I enjoy sewing!

Oh thank you so much!! It always amazes me whenever I see pictures of her and how it’s almost like looking in a mirror!
